A supporting plate 56 on an approximately flat plate on which the electrolyzed-water producing portion 5 is disposed, is fixed to the plate member 3 in a cantilever state, a heavy first component 51 constituting the electrolyzed-water producing portion 5 is disposed on a proximal part of the supporting plate 56, and a second component 54 having a weight lighter than the first component 51 is disposed on a tip part of the supporting plate.
