    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a token stored in a medal storing part from falling out from a partition plate inserting and pulling out hole even by pulling out the partition plate for dividing the token storing part up and down.
      SOLUTION: An inserting and pulling-out hole opening and closing means 16 is provided on the partition plate inserting and pulling-out hole 15. The inserting and pulling-out hole opening and closing means 16 is turnably mounted within the vertical face by a pair of left and right rotating shafts 19L and 19R and a pair of left and right bearing members 23L and 23R fixed on the lower part side of a pressure reducing plate 22 of a hopper 6. When the back end part of the partition plate 14 abuts on an inclined face 17A and is moved in the right direction of the figure, a connecting plate part 20 is bent downward by a force received through the partition plate 14 and a lid part 17 is pushed down, and the partition plate 14 is thereby pulled out from the partition plate inserting and pulling out hole 15. The lid part 17 is provided in such a way that the upper end is brought into contact with the upper edge 15A of the partition plate inserting and pulling-out hole 15 by elasticity of a part of the connecting plate part 20 from the lower side to seal the central part of the partition plate inserting and pulling-out hole 15.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity, and to reduce a production cost by decreasing the number of components.
      SOLUTION: A coin-shaped member feeding apparatus includes at the rear surface side of a base member 1: a pair of left and right holding means 9 formed in L shape; a pair of left and right strip shape receiving members 10 which are erected from the respective holding means 9 to a front surface side at a prescribed interval, i.e., the interval which is the same as, or a little smaller than the thickness of each one of the left and right holding parts 7B of a floating connector 7; and a pair of left and right triangular press board members 11. Convex engagement projections 10A to be engaged with engagement holes 7A are arranged at the rear surface side of the receiving members 10. The vertically formed end surfaces of the respective triangular press board members 11 are erected to face the rear surfaces. When the holding parts 7B are inserted from an upper part to gaps 19 between the holding means 9 and the receiving members 10, the members 10 are bent toward a front surface side, so as to increase a separation distance from the holding means 9. Thus, the floating connector 7 can be inserted further downward, and also the floating connector 7 is held between the holding means 9 and the receiving members 10 by the engagement of the convex engagement projections 10A with the engagement holes 7A.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely drop a coin-shaped object into a separated hole of a feeding rotor to feed it when multiple coin-shaped objects are accumulated inside a hopper.
      SOLUTION: The hopper 5 is constructed of a front side wall 5F formed on the feed-out hole 6 side for the coin-shaped object 30 and constructed of a short steep slant wall part and a vertical wall part, a back side wall 5B positioned on the opposite side of the front side wall and constructed of a long gentle slant wall part and a vertical wall part, and left and right side walls 5L and 5R positioned on the left and right sides of the feed-out hole 6, while rod-shaped resilient members 11 and 12 are protruded from the vertical wall part and the right side wall 5R of the front side wall 5F to the inside of the hopper 5 substantially horizontally. The resilient member 11 is directed in the radius direction of the feeding rotor 3 above a feed passage 6A and provided with a length, by which the resilient member 11 is not brought into contact with the feeding rotor 3 even when it is bent downward. Above the outer circumference part of the part positioned on the opposite side to the feed passage 6A of the feeding rotor 3, the rod-shaped resilient member 12 is directed in the tangent direction of the outer circumference part, and a minimum interval between the right side wall 5R and the back side wall part 5B is adjusted to 1.8 times, for example, of a diameter of the coin-shaped object 30.

Another protrusion 20B of the extraction preventing arm 19 and the back board 21 are engaged before the machine unit 13 is inserted and set at the predetermined position of the frame body 14, and the machine unit 13 is prevented from being extracted from the frame body 14 unless the engagement is released by bending the extraction preventing arm 19 to the upper part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retard the bridging of coin-shaped objects stored in a hopper in a structure causing no increase in thickness and reduction in strength of the side walls of the hopper.
      SOLUTION: An inclined plate 9 is attached so that an arc portion 10 in the middle projects from the vertical wall portions of the vertical left side wall 8L, the right side wall 8R and the front side wall 8F of the hopper 5 to the back side wall 8B. The inclined plate 9 is attached with such a gradual downstream inclination of 20+5 degrees to allow the coin-shaped members 30 to be fed through the separating holes 4 on a feed rotor 3 to slide down by gravity, and the tip of the arc portion 10 is positioned beyond a rotary shaft 11 in the rotation center of the feed rotor 3. A portion of the back side wall 8B facing the arc portion 10 of the inclined plate 9 is a steep inclination of 30 to 60 degrees. The shortest distance between the arc portion 10 and the back side wall 8B and the shortest distance between the arc portion 10 and the feed rotor 3 are both more than twice but less than three times the diameter of the coin-shaped objects 30, and the shortest distance between the arc portion 10 of the inclined plate 9 and the left and right side walls 8L and 8R is more than twice but less than three times the thickness of the coin-shaped objects 30.

      SOLUTION: Recessed parts 6-9 are horizontally provided in the base member 1 installed with a rotor 4 for rotationally carrying the coin-like member and feeding the coin-like member from a feed port 5 one by one, an electric motor 3 rotating the rotor 4, or the like. The container member 2 is provided with installation legs 10-13, respective lower end parts are formed with protrusions 10A, 11A, 12A fittable/detachable into/from the recessed parts 6, 7, 8 of the base member 1, and a lower end part of the installation leg 13 is horizontally formed with a threaded hole 13A. The container member 2 is turned to fit the respective recessed parts of the base member 1 onto the corresponding protrusions of the installation legs, a screw 14 is screws into the threaded hole 13A facing to the recessed part 9 from the side of the recessed part 9 to fix the installation leg 13 to the base member 1, and the turn of the container member 2 is prevented to prevent detachment of the protrusions formed in the installation legs from the recessed parts formed in the base member 1.
