In the casing, a leading-out part 55 extracting an air current in the space 54 to the outside is formed near an end on the air-current downstream side in the space 54, and an introducing part 56 extracting the outside air into the space 54 is formed near the air-current upstream side in the space 54.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping member with a weight member, capable of reducing radiation noise.
      SOLUTION: A baffle plate member 15 comprises a baffle plate main body 15b substantially containing a vibration damping alloy consisting of 6-10 wt.% of Al and the ballance of Fe, and a weight member 15c installed in a projection 15a at a predetermined position near the circumference of the baffle plate main body 15b. When the vibration damping member main body vibrates, the vibration damping member with the weight member, as described above, achieves the vibration damping action by synergism of vibration damping action due to magnetic mechanical hysteresis loss followed by the irreversible movement of a magnetic wall in the vibration damping alloy and mass damping function by the weight member. Thereby, an advantage is that a markedly great vibration damping action can be realized.
