    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an inexpensive combination gear 2 having a spur gear made of resin with few design man-hours and manufacturing man-hours to permit the manufacture of a gear as a single item in a trial stage and the manufacture of a small number of gears in a short period of time.
      SOLUTION: Part of a pinion gear made of metal is machined into approximately pitch teeth 1b, and the remaining part is machined into approximately bottom faces 1c to obtain a machining tool 1. Part of the pinion gear of the same tooth profile and tooth number as the machining tool 1 is machined into approximately pitch teeth 4b to manufacture the pinion gear 4. Press working of the center part of the resin spur gear 3 is performed using the machining tool 1 to manufacture the spur gear 3 having a center hole 3c of approximately pitch shape 3b. The approximately pitch teeth 4b of the pinion gear 4 are inserted in the center hole 3c of the approximately pitch shape 3b of the spur gear 3 to manufacture the combination gear 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductor type motor which can materialize high output characteristics, even if it is of small diameter. SOLUTION: The inductor type motor 1 has a stator block 20, a substantially cylindrical exciting coil 25, and a rotor 4 where two pieces of roughly cylindrical magnet rotors 40 are arranged coaxially, and magnet rotors 40 are inserted individually into the stator block 20 which are arranged coaxially in two pairs. Each stator 2 is constituted by bending up and erecting each projected piece, thereby forming stator teeth 21, based on an intermediate processing member shaped substantially like a plate, consisting of magnetic material where a plurality of projected pieces, projecting outward in its radial direction, are formed in its circumferential direction. The rotor 4 has an intermediate recess that is smaller in diameter than that of a magnet part in the middle of the magnet rotors 40 which are arranged two pieces on the same axis. The rotor 4 has, in its intermediate recess, a retaining plate 22 for the stator 2 outserted, which is positioned on the intermediate side in its axial direction, in each stator block 20.
