In addition, a method of forming the inorganic ion conductor, and a fuel cell and an electrochemical device which include the inorganic ion conductor are also provided. In one embodiment, the inorganic ion conductor is represented by the chemical formula 1: ABPO, where A is the metallic element having the oxidation number of 3, B is the metallic element having the oxidation number of 5, x is a number between 0 and 0.45, and y is a number between 0 and 0.45.

Thus, it is possible to output an audio signal at the same volume when the same output level is set.
