摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent fluid in a supply chamber from intruding into a pilot signal chamber by partitioning the supply chamber off from the pilot signal chamber by means of diaphragms. CONSTITUTION:Diaphragms 61, 62 tightly seal spaces among a valve body unit 54 having a supply chamber 53, where a fluid supply port 51 and an outflow port 52 are intercommunicated with each other, e pilot unit 57 having a pilot signal chamber 56, and an exhaust unit 60 having an exhaust chamber 59, respectively, further the respective diaphragms 61, 62 are connected to each other by means of a valve rod 63. Usually, the valve rod 63 is energized downward by means of a spring 66 so that a valve is closed. When a pilot signal is supplied to the pilot signal chamber 56, the diaphragm 62 is pressed up so that the valve rod is shifted upward, thereby resulting in opening the valve. Therefore, it is possible to prevent fluid in the supply chamber from intruding into the pilot chamber, thereby enhancing the responsiveness of the valve rod in response to the pilot signal.

The emergency orbit release apparatus loses the function of a body satellite, and rapidly shuts off the power source line to/from the body satellite, and notifies the position and the state of the apparatus to a ground station or satellites adjacent thereto. The attitude is maintained constant by the command, and captured by the satellites adjacent thereto having the function of the orbit release, and the orbit release is performed by using the function.
