SOLUTION: A first rotary part 104 of a first lever 100 is arranged in a grip end part on the opposite side of a first arm part 102 of a first grip part 103. The first arm part 102 is formed in an extending shape so that a projecting part 101 faces to a recessed part 201 by surrounding a second grip part 203 of a second lever 200. Thus, when performing work for sandwiching and extending a part of the instep skin 500a by the projecting part 101 and the recessed part 201, the recessed part side grip part 203 does not abut to the heel part 500c, and the vamp end part 500b is not nipped by the root part of the first arm part 102 and a second arm part 202, and the total length L of the shoe correcting tool 1 is shortened.
