    • PURPOSE:To execute bulge forming by feeding a pressure liquid into a hydraulic chamber, pushing in a work to the lower part by a punch and executing opposed hydraulic forming in a first process, and feeding the pressure liquid to the inside of the work from the punch and bulging it to the outside in a second process. CONSTITUTION:In the first process, an end part of a work 4 is inserted and held by blank holding plates 11, 12 and the upper face of the lower die 6, a pressure liquid is fed into a hydraulic chamber 13 of the lower die 6, the upper die 5 is allowed to descend the work 4 is brought to opposed hydraulic forming to a cylindrical type by a punch 8. Subsequently, the work is carried to the second process, a segmental die 26 is pressed against a fixed die 25 and the lower forming die 15 is brought to clamping. Next, the work 4 is placed on moving dies 27, 28, and by operating blank holder cylinders 27, 28, a flange part 4b is inserted and held by blank holding plates 20, 21 and the moving dies. Thereafter, the work 4 is held down by a punch 17 and a bottom part 4a is pressed against the bottom face of the lower die 15, and by spouting the pressure liquid to the cylindrical part 4a from a passage 22 of the punch 17, the work 4 is formed to a tank shape. The work 4 is taken out by opening the segmenting die. In such a way, the cycle time is shortened and the productivity can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To enable multispot welding with continuous operation and at high speed by constituting the title device so as to move the welding gun interposing a work with its pressurizing together with the arm of a robot at the work welding time, to release the interposition of the work and to return to the original specified position again. CONSTITUTION:A gap is formed between welding electrodes 20, 21 by vertically moving the gun arms 18, 19 of a welding gun 12 in the direction separating each other by a driving device and a work 2 is held by the holder 7 of a work holding robot 3. Then, the initial spot welding is performed by passing a large current at right angles to the joining face of the work 2 by a electrifying the space between the welding electrodes 20, 21 by feeding a welding current to the welding gun 12 from a welding current feeding device 24 by interposing the work 2 with its pressurizing by each electrode 20, 21 by driving the arms 18, 19 of the gun 12. After completion of the initial welding the arms 18, 19 are driven and the pressurized interposition of the electrodes 20, 21 is released, then 1st supporting stay 14 and 2nd supporting stay 15 are turned to fixed blocks 29, 30 side respectively by energizing springs 33, 36 to return the gun 12 to the original position.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the wear resistance of a chip by providing the wire guide of the chip for welding by projecting from the chip tip, and by forming the projecting part in spherical shape. CONSTITUTION:The tip part at welding side of the chip 1 for arc welding is formed in a parabolic shape and the recessed part 8 for fitting a wire guide 6 is provided at the center part thereof. The wire guide 6 is made in the length that a tip part 6a projects slightly from the main body of the chip 1 when fitted to the recessed part 8 and the tip part 6a is formed in spherical shape. The shielding gas is not made turbulent due to the tip part of the chip 1 being formed in a stream line shape, in case of performing the arc welding in the shielding gas with cooling a nozzle by feeding a filler metal 4 by passing the wire guide 6. The adhesion of spatters is restrained due to the wire guide tip 6a being in spherical shape. Consequently the wear resistance of the chip 1 and welding quality are improved.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which corrects the top end of an inserted welding chip to a uniform and good shape in correcting and polishing the top end of the automatic spot welding chip by moving and rotating a pinion contg. a chip cutter in the core part along a rack surface. CONSTITUTION:A cutter case 1 for correcting and polishing the top end of a chip is provided in the axial central part of a pinion 2. The pinion 2 is guided by guiding plates 10, 11 and is fitted to a rack 12. The top end of an automatic spot welding chip is inserted by a robot operation into the case 1 and is oscillated to the right and left N. The top end of the chip is corrected and polished by the rotation owing to the oscillation of the pinion 2. The pinion 2 can be changed in inclination in the direction M by the spring 25, 26 mechanism in the supporting part of the rack 12. The polishing is automatically accomplished by the insertion and motion of the chip by the robot.

    • PURPOSE:To perform continuously plane bending and edge bending by making a roll die formed with plane bending dies and edge bending dies in two upper and lower stages vertically and laterally movable and holding adequately a hexagonal pipe between a pressing die and a clamping die. CONSTITUTION:The plane part 15a of a hexagonal pipe 15 is positioned perendicularly and the pipe 15 is pressed to a plane bending die 17 by means of a pressing die 14. The pipe 15 is fixed to the die 17 of a roll die 12 by means of a clamping die 13 and a clamping rest 26. The die 12 is rotated in this state to accomplish plane bending of the pipe 15. The die 12 is vertically moved in the direction (c) and the die 13 and the die 14 are moved vertically in the direction (e); at the same time, the pipe 15 is turned so that the ridgeline part 15b thereof faces the horizontal direction, in the case of edge bending. The pipe 15 is then pressed to an edge bending die 18 by means of a pressing die 14 and the die 13 is moved to fix the pipe 15 by means of the die 13 and the rest 26 to the die 18 of the die 12. The die 12 is turned to accomplish edge bending.
