Two units 4, 4 of one product group are moved to the position opposite to a product compression part 10 while two units 4, 4 of one product are slightly compressed by a pair of guide plates 19, 20.

    • PURPOSE:To fill a liquid by correcting automatically and successively a head of a filling nozzle by taking an average value of a filling correction value of the previous time and an actual result head value of the present time, whenever a dram can is filled with the liquid, and correcting successively a head correction value. CONSTITUTION:A filling nozzle 2 for filling a dram can 1 with a liquid by positioning its tip under a liquid level, a weighting part 3 for weighting the weight of the liquid filled by the nozzle 2 and transmitting its weighing value, and a weighting control part 4 for receiving the weighing value from the weighing part 3 and bringing the nozzle 2 to ascent-control are provided. In this state, the liquid is divided and filled by plural times into a first container 1 at the time when filling is started, an average head value of the nozzle 2 is derived from a head at the time of each dividing and filling, and by setting this average head value as a filling correction value of the next container, a set filling quantum in the container 1 is corrected, and the liquid is filled. Thereafter, an average value of an actual result head value of each container and the filling correction value of the container immediately before is derived, and while correcting successively the filling correction value as the filling correction value of the next container, the liquid is filled.

SOLUTION: For this packaging bag 100, a gusset section g is formed at the upper end edge g' of front and rear walls f and r. Also, both end edges g' of the gusset section g are bonded to both right and left side edge sections 7 of the front and rear walls f and r, and an upper side sealed section 7a is formed. In addition, the side edge sections of the front and rear walls f and r are directly bonded to each other, and a lower side sealed section 7b is formed. In this case, the bonded width of the lower side sealed section 7b is made approx. 1.5-2 times larger than the bonded width of the upper side sealed section 7a. Then, the internal edge 7b1 of the lower side sealed section 7b is located inner than the internal edge 7b2 of the upper side sealed section 7a. By this constitution, a tensile force which is applied to the packaging bag 100 is sufficiently received by the lower side sealed section 7b.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an opening from which an article can easily be taken out from a packaging bag under a compressed condition by providing continuously a perforation or incision which extends from a front surface panel part to a back surface panel part by passing through an upper surface panel part, and also on the upper panel part goes across a gore part while avoiding the loop internal zone of a loop-form handle. CONSTITUTION:A perforation 8 for an opening part is continuously formed in approx. parallel with a side surface panel part 4, extending from a front surface panel part 2 to a back surface panel part 3 by passing through an upper surface panel part 5. Then, on the upper surface panel part 5, the perforation 8 is formed to go across a gore part 7 while avoiding the installation parts for a loop-form handle 6. In order to open the packaging bag, the gore part 7 is pulled with the perforation 8 as a border, and the packaging bag is torn from the perforation 8, and then, the upper surface panel part 5, front surface panel part 2 and back surface panel part 3 are torn. By this method, the opening part can easily be opened, and a compression force remains at a lower part where there is no perforation 8. In the meantime, at an upper part, the compression force is released, and a compressed article can easily be taken out.

    • PURPOSE:To exactly and quickly fill every liquid into a container by constituting the device so that a weighting control part calculates liquid height in the container, based on a weighing value, a cross-sectional area of the container and specific gravity of a liquid. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a filling nozzle 2 which fills a drum can 1 with a liquid by positioning is tip under a liquid level, a weighing part 3 for weighting the weight of a liquid filled by the nozzle 2 and transmitting its weighing value, and a weighing control part 4 for receiving the weighing value from the weighting part 3 and bringing the nozzle 2 to ascent-control. In this state, when the nozzle 2 is allowed to descend to the vicinity of the bottom face in the container 1 and the liquid is supplied, weight of the liquid in the container 1 is weighed in the weighing part 3 and its weighing value is transmitted to the control part 4. On the other hand, in the control part 4, liquid height of the liquid in the container 1 is derived, based on the weighing value, a cross-sectional area of the container and specific gravity of the liquid, and also, the present position of the tip of the nozzle 2 is grasped, and the present position of the tip of the nozzle 2 and the liquid height are compared, and in conformity with its deviation value portion, the nozzle 2 is allowed to ascend.
