    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional spring clutch comprising a number of parts in which sharp reduction of manufacturing cost is difficult, and in which actuation becomes unstable by thermal expansion difference between parts of synthetic resin and a coil spring of metal to deteriorate clutch characteristics. SOLUTION: This arm type ratchet clutch is an on/off type clutch, it comprises an input shaft 10 and an output shaft 20, and the input shaft 10 comprises an input gear 11, a hub part 12, and a ratchet gear 13. The output shaft 20 comprises a follower shaft part 21, a cylindrical part 22, a large diameter part 23, an elastic arm part 24, etc. A spiral slit 33 is formed between the cylindrical part 22 and the elastic arm part 24, and between the elastic arm part 24 and the large diameter part 23 for forming the elastic arm part 24 in arc form, a ratchet claw 25 is formed at an inner surface part of the elastic arm part 24, a control claw 26 controlled by a movable operation lever to be driven to advance/retract by a solenoid actuator, unillustrated, is formed at an outer circumferential part of the elastic arm part 24, and a stopper mechanism 27 is provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding structure capable of preventing the adhesion of paper dust and the deterioration with the lapse of time, maintaining paper feeding precision, and providing satisfactory conveyance force and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: A paper feeding structure conveys a paper by a roller by winding a paper feeding sheet 3 on which a plurality of paper feeding claws 3b protrude and are formed on a surface of a belt-like metallic thin plate member 3a around a rotary core member 2 or conveys a paper using a conveyance belt. In a manufacturing method of the paper feeding structure the belt-like metallic thin plate member 3a is press-blanked or etching-machined, a slit 3c in which a paper feeding claw piece is integrally molded is formed in an inner fringe part, the paper feeding claw piece is bent in the direction of thickness to form a paper feeding sheet 3 on which paper feeding claws 3b are arranged and formed, and the paper feeding sheet 3 is wound around the rotary core member 2 to form a roller-like paper feeding structural body or a belt-like paper feeding structure using the paper feeding sheet on the conveyance belt.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which improves a disadvantage by which an upper limit value of transmission torque of a one-way torque limit cannot be adjusted and can adjust the torque limit easily even after it is assembled in a device. SOLUTION: In a basic structure in which an input shaft 6 and an output shaft 7 which are abutted and arranged on the same shaft are connected mutually by a coil spring 8 which covers in such a manner that one end is fixed on the input shaft 6 and the other end is tightened on the output shaft 7, an eccentric cam 10 is screw-fitted in the input shaft 6 in such a manner that its angle can be adjusted, a cylindrical body 9 connected with the other end of the coil spring 8 is fitted around the input shaft 6 in such a way that it can rotate freely, and a knotched section 9c which is engaged with the eccentric cam 10 is provided in the cylindrical body 9.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive winder for winding a rectangular wire around a bobbin through a simple arrangement. SOLUTION: A wire guide 5 is provided stationarily at a position corresponding to the middle of a bobbin 3 and an arranging plate 6 for guiding a rectangular wire 2 being wound around the bobbin 3 is provided in order to arrange the rectangular wire. A pair of guide faces inclining at about 45° against the abutting part of the arranging plate 6 on the circumferential surface side of the bobbin is formed in order to support the arranging plate 6 slidably in the axial direction of the bobbin and to urge the arranging plate 6 to the bobbin side gravitationally. Through guide action of the wire guide 5 and the arranging plate 6, the ultrathin rectangular wire 2 is wound in ten layers or more around the bobbin 3 while being arranged tightly in the axial direction of the bobbin.
