SOLUTION: When an insulating holder 21 that holds busbars 22a, 22b and 22c is arranged in a cavity 73 of an insert-forming metal mold 70, the upper surface side of the insulating holder 21 is supported by a cope-side support protrudingly arranged on the internal wall surface of a cope 72, and the bottom face side of the insulating holder 21 is supported by a holder support 74 protrudingly arranged on the internal wall surface of a drag 71. Both the supports 74, 75 are made to retreat while feeding a molten resin material 90 for forming an insulating resin layer 25 into the cavity 73, and thereby the insulating holder 21 is in a state of floating in the cavity 73, to form an insert.

SOLUTION: A plurality of tab terminals 15 are passed through and secured on a case 11, and a flexible printed board 19 is placed on the underside of the case 11. A narrow insertion section 16 formed at the lower end of each tab terminal 15 is inserted into a through hole 23 formed in the printed board 19 to connect a conductive layer 21 on the printed board 19 with the respective tab terminals 15. A coming-off preventing section 17 wider than the insertion section 16 is formed at the lower end of each tab terminal 15. A connecting portion 18 to be connected with the conductive layer 21 on the printed board 19 is formed at the edge of the insertion section 16 of each tab terminal 15.

An insertion hole is formed at the bottom surface of the case body 11, and the terminal 19 of the connecting cable 18 is inserted from the lower side of the terminal 19 of the connecting cable 18.

The conductor 2b of the power circuit wire 2 has a large diameter, and the conductor 5b of the load circuit wire 5 has a small diameter.

The wiring grooves 2 are set so that the wire 3 can be wired with one stroke including the grooves 6, 7. Parts 3a, 3b of the wiring 3 projected to the outside of the insulating plate 1 are bent downwards, and inserted into the grooves 6, 7. Accordingly, the insulating plate is miniaturized, thus increasing wiring density.
