(Figure A) Further, at the same time by containing the steel making slag of >=1mm grain size to >=70%, the mutual sticking of steel making slags is prevented and the drying efficiency is improved. (Figure B) In this way, as the steel making slags are not mutually stuck and mixed with the other raw material under high temp. condition, the remaining heat of steel making slag can be efficiently used. Further, at the same time, excellent effect is shown in the reduction of production cost for refining agent.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a deteriorated part of a refractory product to be repaired even during an operation by a method wherein powder refractory material is blown from a discharging pipe opened at a rear surface opposite to an operating surface of a deteriorated refractory material and then wet gas is blown into it. CONSTITUTION:Refractory powder has alumina refractory material with its mean particle diameter of 100mum or less and has binder of phosphate acid. A blowing of the refractory material is carried out for each of headers while monitoring a progress of flow rate of the refractory material. When a flow rate is high after five minutes of starting processing, the refractiry power is blown under an air transportation of 5kg/min with a blowing RRS (CO2 gas) and this blowing is stopped when the flow rate is decreased or a rectifying processing is completed. Although there was a certain disturbance in each of the headers, an effect of reduction in flow rate caused by the blowing during the processing is found to be about twice, so that steam is added subsequently from the blowing pipe. This is carried out by applying gas mixed with steam of about 30vol% to the blown gas. The blowing is continuously carried out (including other processings than the rectifying), steam in the gas at the suction side is analyzed (cooled and condensed) and then it is continued until the sufficient passing of it can be confirmed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the pickling efficiency without causing insufficient pickling near the side edges of a steel strip or without causing irregular pickling in the center area due to excessive pickling by adding strain on the edge parts of the steel strip and pickling this steel strip with sulfuric acid and then with hydrochloric acid. CONSTITUTION:The both side edges of a hot-roll steel strip 1 are provided with tensile strain by tension rollers 8, 9 while passing a tension leveler 2 so that cracks generate in the scale near the side edges. Then the strip is passed in a sulfuric acid tank 4 containing 15-20% sulfuric acid (80-100 deg.C) to peel scales from the strip surface. Then the strip is washed with water in a water washing bath 6.
