    • PURPOSE:To contrive the rationization of working stages, the reduction of cost and the improvement of characteristics by subjecting a high-Cr ferrite steel which contains specific compsn. ratios of C and Cr and is added with a specific ratio of Mo or W to specific hot working then to rapid cooling and tempering treatment. CONSTITUTION:The high-Cr ferrite steel which contains 0.03-0.3wt.% C, 5-13% Cr, and is further added with 0.1-3% total of 1 or 2 kinds of Mo and W which are solid-soln. strengthening elements is subjected to the hot working. The steel is heated to and held for >=1min at 900-1,300 deg.C and is hot worked in the final hot working. The carbonitride in the stock is thereby solutionized and the alloy components are uniformized, by which a normalizing treatment is omitted. The hot worked steel is quickly cooled at >=500 deg.C/h to convert the structure to martensite. The steel is thereafter subjected to a tempering treatment at the AC1 point or below to stabilize the structure. The steel is finished at need by warm working at the AC1 point or below. The working of the high-Cr ferrite steel having the excellent creep strength and high-temp. characteristics is thereby executed without the normalizing treatment.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weld material for an Ni-based heat-resistant alloy having high-temperature crack resistance excelling at welding, a weld metal having high-temperature crack resistance, stress-alleviation crack resistance during a high-temperature long time use, and favorable creep rigidity, and a weld joint.SOLUTION: (1) The weld material for the Ni-based heat-resistant alloy contains C:0.06 to 0.18%, Si≤0.5%, Mn≤1.5%, Ni:46 to 56%, Co:10 to 15%, Cr:20 to 25%, Mo:14.0% exceeding 10.0%, Ti:0.01 to 0.5%, Al:0.1 to 1.0% and N≤0.006%, a residue of the weld material is composed of Fe and impurities, and the weld material has chemical compositions as the impurities in which O≤0.02%, P≤0.008% and S≤0.005%. The weld material may contain Nd≤0.1%. (2) The weld metal is formed by using the weld material for the Ni-based heat-resistant alloy. (3) The weld joint is composed of the weld metal and a base material of the Ni-based heat-resistant alloy excellent in high-temperature rigidity.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni-based alloy product for heat resistance and pressure resistance, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.
      SOLUTION: The Ni-based alloy product has a composition comprising, by mass%, 0.03-0.10% C, 0.05-1.0% Si, 0.1-1.5% Mn, 0.0005-0.04% Sol. Al, 20-30% Fe, 21.0% or more but less than 25.0% Cr, more than 6.0% but 9.0% or less W, 0.05-0.2% Ti, 0.05-0.35% Nb, 0.0005-0.006% B, and the balance Ni with impurities that comprise 0.03% or less P, 0.01% or less S, less than 0.010% N, less than 0.5% Mo and 0.8% or less Co, while an amount of the effective B (Beff) is 0.0050-0.0300%, which is specified by following expression (1): Beff(%)=B-(11/14)×N+(11/48)×Ti; and shows a fracture elongation of 20% or more by a tensile test with a strain rate of 10
      -6 /sec at 700°C. This alloy may contain one or more elements of Cu, Ta, Zr, Mg, Ca, a REM and Pd. This alloy product is particularly suitable for a large-sized product.
