摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a cleaning system assured in registration, for coal truck movable along a coke oven and having a X-direction truck and Y-direction truck for charging coal from a charging section by the latter truck equipped with a cleaning mechanism and an attaching/detaching mechanism for the closure for the charging section. CONSTITUTION:In (A) a coal truck 10 movable along a coke oven 1 and to charge coal from a charging section 2 and (B) a cleaning system for the charging section 2 for the coal truck, having a cleaning mechanism 5 installed on this truck 10 and to clean the charging section 2 of the coke oven 1, (1) a X- direction truck 12 set on the coal truck 10 and movable along its moving direction and (2) a Y-direction truck 13 set on this X-direction truck and movable along the oven length direction for the coke oven 1 are provided, and also, (a) a cleaning mechanism 5 and (b) an attaching/detaching mechanism for the closure for the charging section 2 are installed on this Y-direction truck 13; thereby, when registering a coal charging mechanism 4, the cleaning mechanism 5 is easily and assuredly registered without necessitating the moving of the coal truck 10 as a whole.

摘要： PURPOSE:To miniaturize the whole device and to surely stop a truck, by adopting a magnet for brake in order to fix a truck movable and adjustable relatively against a frame of machine body to a traveling rail and to brake the truck. CONSTITUTION:When a frame 2 of machine body and a working machine 6 runs on a traveling rail R, a magnet 18 for brake is demagnetized, the frame or the working machine is made to run in a state of an interval D between the magnet 18 and the rail R by spring action of a pushing spring 22. When the frame 2 of machine body reaches a given position of an inlet port of furnace, traveling by running wheels 12 is stopped and the magnet 18 is attracted to the rail R by magnetizing the magnet 18. Then, difference in relative position between the frame 2 of machine body or the working machine 6 and the inlet port of furnace is judged and a hydraulic cylinder 16 for adjusting position to correct distance corresponding to an error.

摘要： PURPOSE:To execute the fixed position stop in accordance with a throat core by correcting target position data from a target core sensor, based on throad core position data from a throad core sensor, and executing the control by using the corrected target position data. CONSTITUTION:Based on target position data set in advance, a mobile machine runs to the front of an oven, thereafter, the mobile machine executes a position correction, based on target core position data from a target core sensor 3, and stop at a fixed position. Subsequently, by removing the over cover of a coke oven, the deviation between a throad core and the center of the mobile machine is detected by a throad core sensor 7 and throad core position data is outputted. Then, by this throad core position data, the target core position output from the target core sensor 3 is corrected, so that in the case the moving machine stops at the same front of the oven in the next time, the control can be executed by using the corrected target core position data. In such a manner, the mobile machine can be stopped at a fixed position in accordance with the throat core.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the reliability by providing a controller which processes the image signal from a linear image sensor, detects plural positions of the oven of a furnace and a machine on a moving machine corresponding to two-dimensional sensing, and outputs a statistic value. CONSTITUTION:Each coke furnace 1 is provided with about 100 ovens 2. On the moving machine side, a CCD sensor 10 is supported on a base 11 by a sensor rotary shaft 12 so that the sensor can rotates in a position detecting direction and in the vertical direction. Further, a sensor lens 14 secures a horizontal visual field 21 on the side of the coke furnace 1. Then the sensor 10 operates with a power cylinder command 63 from the controller 60 so as to secure a vertical visual field 22 by the power cylinder 13, and is rotated. The image signal from the sensor 10 is inputted to the controller 60 and processed to detect plural positions of the oven 2 of the coke furnace 1 and position size of the machine on the moving machine corresponding to the two-dimensional image sensing, and the statistic calculation value of the position size is outputted as a control output 62 to a master controller 65.

CONSTITUTION:A member 14 to be sensed is present between a light source 9 and the first sensor 8 and arrangement of slits 19 on the member 14 to be sensed is passed through a stop mechanism 22 and a lens 23 in the interior of the first sensor 8 and described as light and shade images on a photoelectric conversion element 24. The sensed signal converted with the photoelectric conversion element 24 is then outputted to the first controller 10 and operation processing is carried out therein to finally judge the oven number of the oven 13 and output a control signal for stopping. Thereby, a travel motor of a moving machine is stopped.
