摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the connection can which makes it easy to perform connecting operation. SOLUTION: The connection can is suspended on a support wire 11 with a fitting part 2. The side wall part 4 of the connection can is fitted rotatably around the bottom surface part 3. On the internal surface of the side wall part 4, a coated optical fiber curving guide 6 and a connection part holder 7 are provided. An intermediate coated optical fiber 14 is connected to a coated optical fiber 13 led out of the optical cable 12 at a fusion splicing connection part 15 and leading-dropped to a branch optical cable 20 through optical connectors 17 and 18. The side wall part 4 can be opened almost horizontally, so the operability is superior.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix plural tubes at an aggregate type tube cable terminal through small operation with a small number of components by providing an inner clamp and an outer clamp, and a clamping member which clamps a tube layer in their gap. SOLUTION: At the terminal of an aggregate type tube cable 1, the jacket 2 is removed almost to specific length to expose tubes 3 circumferentially arrayed in >=1 layers. A center tensile strength body 4, the tubes 3 in the inner circumferential layer of the aggregate type tube cable l, and the tubes 3 in the outer peripheral layer are run through the center hole of the inner clamp 5, the gap between the inner clamp 5 and an intermediate clamp 7, and the gap between the intermediate clamp 7 and outer clamp 6 respectively, and a fixing screw 8 and a clamping screw 9 are turned up. The center tensile strength body 4 is fitted to the inner clamp 5 and the tubes 3 are fixed between the respective clamps according to the clamping force of the clamping screw 9.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce the size and cost of a connecting box and to simplify connecting operation. CONSTITUTION: A cable sheath 6 of a wiring optical cable l is removed at a branching point and a coated optical fiber 7 is taken out of a cable core 5. The coated optical fiber 7 and a coated optical fiber 8 taken out of an optical cable side for branching are fusion spliced. The coated optical fibers 7, 8 including the fusion spliced part 9 are housed into a coated optical fiber housing part 4 on a tray 3. Since the position of a connecting point may be any of the coated optical fiber housing part, the extra length considered to be necessary for connecting the coated optical fiber 7 and the coated optical fiber 8 is not needed. The branching part is kept protected by putting cases thereon from above or below or by other means.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube cable connector and its connecting method which facilitate the fitting operation of a tube connector and can make a box body small-sized by reducing the mount space. SOLUTION: The tube cable connector has plural tube connectors 1 fitted in array into plural grooves 2a of a fitting plate 2 which stores plural tube connectors 1. The fitting plate 2 is given by making the length of the grooves 2a longer than the overall length of the stored tube connectors 1 which are closely arranged in an array. The tube collectors 1 are nearly cylindrical members and have tube fitting holes 1a at both ends, and the neck parts 1b of the intermediate parts are reduced in diameter, so the grooves 2a of the fitting plate 2 are made open and the neck parts 1b are run through the grooves 2a, so that the tube connectors 1 slide along the grooves 2a.

Connection is executed in the trays 4. The taking out of the coated optical fibers from the cable core 2 is facilitated by turning all of the trays 4 upward. Only the trays 4 to be subjected to the connecting operation are turned upward, by which the operation is executable without affecting the other trays 4.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide an optical cable connection box which facilitates the cutting and taking out of coated optical fibers out of an optical cable core and allows taking of the long coated optical fibers out of a part where a sheath is removed. CONSTITUTION: The work to cut and take out the coated optical fibers is carried out in the state of swiveling one tray 13 around a turning axis 12c. The coated optical fibers 15, 16 are connected, held and housed in the juncture 17 on the tray body 13c. The tray 13 is swiveled in a backward direction after the housing and is aligned in the longitudinal direction of the optical fiber cable core 10. The divided sheaths of the optical fiber cable connecting box are disposed to face each other and are mounted from both side faces.

SOLUTION: An extra length housing part 3 and tapes 4 are mounted at the rear surface 1a of a box. This extra length housing part 3 is formed with a pair of upper comb-shaped grooves 3a and lower comb-shaped grooves 3b facing each other and is integrated with these grooves by coupling the central parts of both by a coupling part 3c. The tapes 4 hang down from the rear surface 1a of the box and the central parts of the right and left tapes are adapted to be fastened and removed by means of snap buttons 4a. The extra lengths of the branched optical cables may be housed between the upper comb-shaped grooves 3a and lower comb-shaped grooves 3b of the extra length housing part 3 is these extra lengths are looped. The removal of the extra length loops from the grooves is prevented if the extra length loops are passed into the tapes 4.
