摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition which has a high flame retardance without detriment to its impact resistance, moldability, and flowability by compounding a polycarbonate resin with a phosphorus flame retardant, a silicone compound having a specified chemical structure, a fiber-forming fluoropolymer, and an elastomer. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. polycarbonate resin, (B) 5-15 pts.wt. phosphorus flame retardant represented by formula I (wherein X is a group represented by formula II, III or IV; R1 to R4 are each 1-3C alkyl; m1 to m4 are each 0-2; and n is 1-5), (C) 0.05-8 pts.wt. silicone compound of which the main chain is branched and the aromatic groups account for at least 20 mol% of all the organic groups, (D) 0.05-5 pts.wt. fiber-forming fluoropolymer, and (E) 0.5-10 pts.wt. elastomer. If necessary, the composition further contains up to 0.5 pt.wt. at least one organic alkali metal salt selected from among alkali metal salts of aromatic sulfoimides, aromatic sulfonesulfonic acids, perfluoroalkanesulfonic acids, and aromatic sulfonic acids.

SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition is obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate resin (A) with 0.01-8 pts.wt. of a silicone compound (B) having a main chain of a branched structure and containing organic substituents including an aromatic group and 0.01-0.4 pt.wt. of an alkali metal salt (C) of an aromatic sulfonic acid. The silicone compound (B) contains a unit of the formula: R'SiO 1.5 (wherein R' represents an organic substituent) (unit T) and/or a unit of the formula: SiO 2.0 (unit Q) in an amount of ≥20 mol% based on all the siloxane units (R' 3-0 SiO 2-0.5 ) (wherein R' is the same as above R').
