摘要： PURPOSE:To decrease the thickness of a board and to improve durability of a hardened board, by a method wherein a hardening material layer consisting of mainly limestone is formed on a foundation ground, and a reinforcing layer consisting of mainly fibers is formed at least on the under surface of the hardening material layer. CONSTITUTION:A block 2 for a hardened board is formed by a hardened matter 3 consisting of mainly limestone and a reinforcing material 4 wrapping the under surface and side edges of the hardened board, and the blocks 2 ar compacted on a foundation ground 1. A joint 5 is formed between the blocks 2, so that rainwater falling on the blocks 2 for the hardened board is collected in the joint 5 to drain it. Hardening and drying of the hardened matter 3 enables provision of strength equivalent to that of a board in which no reinforcing material is used even if the thickness thereof is reduced to more than half that of a board having no reinforcing material used therein.

摘要： PURPOSE:To stabilize the ground to be improved by a method in which a harden ing material composed of a mixture of coal cinder and water is charged under pressures into a water-permeable cylindrical cloth bag set in a pit and the excessive water of the hardening material is allowed to raise the density of the hardening material in order to form a hardened column. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical casing 2 is penetrated into soft ground 1, a water- permeable cylindrical cloth bag 5 is inserted through an opening 4 into the casing 2, and a pipe 6 is connected to the upper end of the bag 5. A slurried hardening material 7 composed of coal cinder and water is charged through the pipe 6 into the bag 5 to expand the bag 6 fully in the casing 2. The pipe 6 is then removed out, the casing 2 is pulled up to leave the bag 5 behind, and the pipe 6 is again connected to the upside of the bag 5. The material 7 is further charged through the pipe 6 into the bag 5, whereupon the excessive water of the material 7 leaches with the finely divided material 7 into the ground 1 to form a hardened column 9.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the end parts of tension materials to be anchored in a stable state by a method wherein anchoring plates installed to the front and the rear of an anchoring body and the coupling plate of a tension jig are intercoupled through a tie rod, and a shim is inserted in a gap part provided between the anchoring plate and a bearing board. CONSTITUTION:An anchoring plate 3 having a size larger than that of an adhering type anchoring body 1 and a coupling plate 9 of a tension jig 7 are installed to the tip part and the rear end, respectively, of the anchoring body 1 adhered to the tip parts of tension materials 2 and 2. The peripheral edge parts of the anchoring plate 3 and the coupling plate 9 are intercoupled through a plurality of tie rods 8 and 8. The tension jig 7 is stretched and shims 6 and 6 are inserted in a gap part provided between the anchoring plate 3 and a bearing board 5. This structure prevents inclination and jolting of the anchoring body 1, and eliminates a fear of a crack and partial breakage occurring.

After that, at the tips of the steel bars 14, a steel plate 15 and a large diameter steel bar 16 are fixed, and the large diameter bar 16 is thrust into the ring nut 6 and is set on the structural object 12. As a result, tension setting can be performed with excellent work efficiency.

摘要： PURPOSE:To execute on the water surface all in-water base constructions, the base having a very great structural withstanding strength, by suspending caisson by suspension bars from a fixing plate installed on the tops of support piles, and submerging and installing the caisson while another caisson is being sequentially additionally joined to the top thereof. CONSTITUTION:Initially, each support pile 1 is installed by hammering and the precision of the pile axis is measured. Next, a fixing plate 2 is mounted on the pile 1 tops, and suspended timbering are provided on lower ends of suspension steel bars 3 suspended from the fixing plate 2. Subsequently, caisson 6 is constructed and is suspended from the suspension steel bars 3. Thereafter, the previously provided timbering are removed. Subsequently, with the caisson 6 being used as timbering, caisson 10 are sequentially plurally constructed into a structure, which in turn is immersed in the water by extension of the suspension steel bars 3. After the structure is submerged to a specified depth, the structure of the caisson 6 and 10 is fixed to the support piles 1 by application of, for example, in-water concrete. Finally, the fixing plate 2 and the upper protruded end portions of the support piles 1 are removed to construct a top structure 15.
