摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce abrasion of a valve element and to improve durability by providing a valve element of a designated form. CONSTITUTION:A valve rod 3 has a portion 31 of an outside diameter smaller than the inside diameter of a valve seat 2, which is pierced through the valve seat 2 to form an annular passage 4 between the inner wall of the valve seat 2 and the outer wall of the valve rod 3. The lower edge 33 of an enlarged portion 32 of the valve rod is brought into contact with the upper edge 21 of the valve seat to close the passage. The valve rod 3 is smoothly throttled curvilinearly from a point B corresponding to the lower edge 22 of the valve seat 2 as shown by a numeral 34 to form a small-diameter portion 35. Further, the valve element 1 has a portion 11 increased in width along the lower edge 22 of the valve seat. Thus, a liquid current is let flow along a curved surface as Coander effect, and a liquid current coming out from the annular passage 4 to free space smoothly flows along the curved line of the valve rod 3 as shown by an arrow C.

摘要： PURPOSE:To remove snow and/or water easily by connecting an aux. cylinder with one end of a main cylinder with a ring-shaped thin gap interposed, supplying pressurized gas to the outer side of this thin gap, and thereby generating a gas flow oriented from said aux. cylinder to main cylinder. CONSTITUTION:An aux. cylinder 2 is connected with the right end of a main cylinder 1 with a ring-shaped thin gap 3 interposed. The wall surface 31 of thin gap 3 on the main cylinder 1 side shall lead to the inner wall 11 of the main cylinder 1 through mild curvature transient, and the wall surface 32 on the aux. cylinder 2 side shall lead to the inner wall 21 of the aux. cylinder 2 through right angle transition at the point where the first named wall surface 31 begins said mild curvature transient. The other ends 12, 22 of the main and aux. cylinders 1, 2 are left open so as to serve as an exhaust and an intake hole, respectively, for snow and/or water. A gas chamber 4 is provided in such a way as surrounding the main cylinder 1 and put in communication with the outer side of said thin gap 3 through a communication hole 41, and pressurized gas is fed to the outer side of the thin gap 3 from a piping 5 via said communication hole 41. Thereby a gas flow is generated which is oriented from the intake 12 to exhaust hole 22.

摘要： PURPOSE:To regulate flow of solid particle soil suspension by moving either the first wall or the second wall to change the interval between a plane portion of the first wall and a plane portion of the second wall. CONSTITUTION:A plane portion 51 of the first wall and a plane portion 61 of the second wall are formed like a doughnut, and a curved surface 62 which is curved to be orthogonal to the plane portion of the second wall is formed continuously on the inside of the plane portion 61 of the second wall. The edge portion of the curved surface is extended to form the plane portion of the second wall into a right-angled tube (inner cylinder) 63. Liquid supplied from the direction of an arrow C is supplied through a liquid inlet tube 67, a liquid distributing chamber 65 and a communicating tube 66 to an annular space 7 from the outside, and passed through the annular space 7 formed by the pane portion of the first wall and the plane portion of the second wall to flow along curved surface 62 of the second wall.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce energy consumption while to reduce abrasion of a conduit, when pressure feeding slurry of solid state particles and aqueous medium through the conduit in a spiral flow, by adding 1-7wt% of gas against the aqueous medium. CONSTITUTION:When pressure feeding slurry of solid state particles and aqueous medium through a conduit in spiral flow, 1-7wt% of gas against the aqueous medium is added. Consequently, the slurry phase and the gas phase will form respective spiral flows and travel through the conduit while twisting each other. Here, the slurry phase spiral flow will sustain over a longer distance when compared with the case where gas is not added. In other word, the slurry phase 1 in the conduit will travel in zigzag as a whole while performing spiral motion of individual water molecule and solid state particle in that phase and the gas phase 2 will travel in zigzag while entangling with the slurry phase 1 and collecting bubbles. Consequently, sedimentation of solid state particles can be prevented resulting in reduction of energy consumption and prevention of abrasion.
