摘要： PURPOSE:To contrive to smooth-face the surface of a cake produced by providing a cylindrical damming-up means near the top of a rotating drum in its rotating direction and along the entire axial length thereof. CONSTITUTION:A rotating drum 2 is immersed in stock liquid L of a receiving pan 1 to produce a first cake 4 on the surface of said drum 2. A cylindrical damming-up means 31 is placed near the top of the drum 2 in its rotational direction and along the entire axial length of said drum 2, thereby forming a top reservoir L2 therebetween for holding the stock liquid. The damming-up means 31 is so positioned that its exterior surface is brought into contact with the surface of the first cake 4 formed on the surface of the drum 2 or very slightly spaced apart therefrom, whereby the surface of the first cake 4 can be smooth-faced and whereby the stock liquid can be supplied uniformly on the surface of the cake 4 at the top of the drum 2.

As 1-4C alcohol, methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, n-butyl alcohol or the like are designated and, among them, methyl alcohol and isopropyl alcohol are pref. The mixing of the 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine type light stabilizer powder with a kneading medium is performed using a blade type kneader such as a kneader or a Henschel mixer. As a granulating means, for example, a compression granulation method or an extrusion granulation method can be adapted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To uniformize a coated layer by allowing nucleus groups to fall into the space in a film state, spraying droplet groups to the oblique low part toward the whole middle part of the falling film part, combining the neuclei with the droplets of liquid material to produce combined particles and solidifying the same in a droplet solidifying section continued to the falling end point thereof. On the other hand, the droplet groups of liquid material are sprayed to the oblique low part toward the whole middle region of the falling film part F from a spray nozzle N. Thereby, the nucleuses are combined with the droplets of liquid material to produce the combined particles. The combined particles are solidified in a droplet solidifying section 3 continued to the falling end point thereof. As a result, the coated layer is uniformized and also a device for sticking the droplets to the nucleous groups is miniaturized.
