摘要： PURPOSE: To repair a broken warp yarn in a weaving machine by alternately conducting feeding/receiving of a fresh warp yarn through a threading-in tube moving stepwise over a stop motion wire, a heddle, a reed, or the like, on a warp yarn path. CONSTITUTION: When a warp yarn is broken, a fresh warp yarn 1 is taken out from a spool 10' through a tube 73' and sent to a storage part 75 through an auxiliary tube 72' by clamping with a pair of rollers 74, further passed through a sensor 91, is advanced into a yarn piecing device 75, and the warp yarn sucked/separated from warp yarn 10 through a suction nozzle 81 is connected to a broken warp yarn. Successively, the pair of rollers 74 are reversed and the warp 1 is fed into threading-in tubes 71, 72 by blowing air into the auxiliary tube 72'. The threading-in tubes 71, 72 are moved stepwise over a stop motion wire 21, a heddle 31, a reed 4, a guide 60 on a warp yarn path, at the same time, feeding/receiving of the warp yarn is alternately conducted from one side toward the other side of the parts 21, 31, 4, 60, and the warp yarn is repaired.

摘要： PURPOSE: To execute accurate threading-in of warp by a simple method by horizontal moving threading-in devices toward a heddle into the spacing between warp rows formed by a holder blade and controlling the stop position of these devices and the positioning capable of threading-in the warp to a heddle hole. CONSTITUTION: When a warp break occurs, the spacing between the rows of the warp 10 is expanded to form a warp threading-in working space by the wedge-like holder blade 50 and thereafter, the threading-in devices 5 and 7 are horizontally moved toward the heddle 31. Where the heddle 31 advances into the threading-in devices 5 and 7, the movement is stopped by the sensor 52. The threading-in devices 5 and 7 are then positioned by the sensor 51 indicating the position of the heddle 31 in such a manner that the fresh warp can be threaded into the hole 32 of the heddle 31, by which the threading-in of the fresh warp is executed.
