摘要： PURPOSE: To measure an electric resistance by allowing a filament to be constructed of an internal conductor of a coaxial transmission line and measuring a propagation constant of the signal injected into the line. CONSTITUTION: A signal is injected into a line, and comparison between signals appearing at two sequential points on the line is desirable. In order that a specified amplitude ratio or a specified phase relation between the signals at two points on the line is maintained, comparison result is especially desired to be used with a feedback loop which controls the output frequency of an oscillator which drives a device. Thus, it is advantageous that the transmission line is divided into multiple parts. The electric power is combined to a part of them, or an injection part, and comparison is performed between the signals appearing, or obtained, at two separate parts which are away from each other, or a measurement part. An assignment for comparison between two signals, for controlling a feedback loop function which adjust the frequency of injected signal that was coupled with the injected signal so that a specified amplitude or phase difference is given between the two signals, is further advantageous.
