When the parking lot can be reserved, a parking reservation DB is updated in step S60 and the reservation result is sent in step S61. If the store ID is not registered or if there is no other parking lot, a message showing that no parking lot can be reserved is sent in step S62. In step S63, the communication connection is cut off.
