    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly control heat or temperature by combining the control of a main element corresponding to a target position and auxiliary elements arranged in the periphery of the main element. SOLUTION: This heat information outputting device for outputting heat or temperature itself as information or information obtained by converting information in the other configuration into heat is provided with a heat information outputting part 2 constituted by arraying plural elements for controlling heat, a designating means for designing a control target position and set temperature at the control target position in the heat information outputting part 2, and a control means for controlling a heat control element 1 of the heat information outputting part 2 at the time of receiving a signal from the designating means. Then, each element 1 is constituted of a main element 1a and auxiliary elements 1b arranged in the surrounding of the main element 1a or in adjacency to the main element 1a, and at the time of receiving the signal from the designating means, the control means selects the element 1 for controlling heat corresponding to the control target position, and controls the heating or heat absorption of the main element 1a and the auxiliary elements 1b constituting the element 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having a simple structure and capable of easily stimulating a desired muscle without being buried in a human body by selectively supplying currents of different frequencies to a plurality of optional electrodes of an electrode sheet comprising an insulating sheet and a number of electrodes arranged thereon in the longitudinal and circumferential directions of the muscle. SOLUTION: Since electrodes 2, 2 and so forth are arranged in the circumferential direction of a forearm, the electrode 2, 2 and so forth to supply current is transferred in the circumferential direction, and the frequency of the current supplied to each electrode 2, 2 and so forth is changed, whereby the electrode to supply current can be transferred while stimulating the same muscle. Therefore, it can be avoided to supply current to one electrode 2 for a long time. Since the electrodes 2, 2 and so forth are arranged also in the longitudinal direction of the forearm, the electrode 2, 2 and so forth to supply current is moved in the longitudinal direction, whereby not only one position of one muscle but different positions in the longitudinal direction can be stimulated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device inexpensive, to reduce faults as well and further to eliminate the risk of damage to a user because of runaway or the like by controlling the degree of regulation to the operation of a wire through a brake means, which is linked at the other end of the wire, for regulating the movement of the wire. SOLUTION: One end of a wire 6 is fixed at one located on the head of attaching means 2, 2... fitted to fingers 3, namely, located at the sections close to the tips of fingers and the wire 6 is sequentially bridged over pulleys 5, 5.... As the brake means for regulating the move of the wire 6, cylinders 9, 9... are attached to a substrate part 8 attached to a wrist 7 of the user. The cylinder 9 is provided with a cylinder barrel 10, and in the cylinder barrel 10, a piston 11 is supported so as to freely move in the axial direction of the cylinder barrel 10. The piston 11 is provided with the axially long main part of small diameter and the part of large diameter to be operated, and the main part is slidably inserted to an insert hole 12, which is formed on the front end wall of the cylinder barrel 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the inner force sense presentation device which is small- sized, lightweight, and inexpensive, and hardly gets out of order, never damages a user owing to a runaway, and presents an inner force sense close to that in actual operation by providing an external shell member having its husk part filled with liquid, a viscosity increasing and decreasing means for increasing and decreasing the viscosity of the liquid, and a control means which controls the viscosity increasing and decreasing means. SOLUTION: The inner force sense presentation device 1 is equipped with the external shell member 2 into which the hand of a user can be inserted. The external shell member 2 is provided with an electric field producing means 8 as the viscosity increasing and decreasing means which increases and decreases the viscosity of electric viscous liquid 7. The electric field producing means 8 is composed of couples of electrodes 9 and 10 arranged on the outside husk 3a and inside husk 3b of the external shell member 2 so as to sandwich the electric viscous liquid 7. Then the control means 11 individually controls voltages applied to the electrodes 9 and 10. Consequently, an inner force sense can be given to all places of the hands and fingers of the user. Thus, complicated inner force sense presentation becomes possible.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily learn the motion by giving the actual experience of motion by the electric stimulation to an operator learning the specific motion, by giving the specific electric stimulation to the operator, storing the muscle to which the electric stimulation is applied and the stimulation amount, and measuring the body condition of the operator. SOLUTION: A mounting member 2 of a device is made of a soft material such as sponge formed into the desired shape, and an electric stimulation application device 3 and a body measuring device 6 are mounted on a surface to be contacted with an operator, of the mounting member 2. The body measuring device 6 is, for example, an angle detecting device made of a strain gauge, and connected with an electric stimulation generating device 4. The electric stimulation applying device 3 is, for example, an electrode used in a low frequency medical treatment device or the like, and connected with the electric stimulation generating device 4. A storing device 5 is connected with the electric stimulation generating device 4, and provides the information necessary for generating the predetermined electric stimulation. A stimulation pattern to be stored, is obtained by, for example, analyzing an electromyogram during the actual operation by a director of a sport.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give real feeling as if an object is operated to a user by controlling the fluid resistance of electric viscous fluid, which is generated by the movement of an object in an outer member incorporating tubes filled with electric viscous fluid. SOLUTION: An outer member 2 into which the hand of a user is inserted is formed on a soft material and a plurality of tubes 6 filled with electric viscous fluid 5 are incorporated. The respective tubes 6 are closely closed at finger tip side end parts 6A and opposite side end parts 6b are connected to a storage tank 8. When the user inserts a wrist 14 into the outer member 2 and flexes the finger tip 15, the tubes 6 fitted to the outer member 2 are bent, the inner volume changes and the fluid 5 flows. When an electric field generation means 9 interrupts the flow of the fluid 5, the movement of the fluid 5 is restricted and the flexing movement of the finer tip 15, which changes the inner volume of the tube, is prevented. Thus, the intensity of an electric field on the electric viscous fluid 5 is changed and therefore various feelings can be given to the finger tip 15 of the user.
