SOLUTION: A floppy disk loading section 6 mounts a floppy disk inserted through a slit 8. The floppy disk is taken out by mechanical driving force, such as spring force. Namely, an ejection button 9 is pushed into the loading section 6 in an arrow A direction and the pressing force is transmitted by a link mechanism, etc., to eject the floppy disk in an arrow B direction. The ejection button 9 is provided with a lock button 10. Even if the pressing force is exerted on the ejection button 9, the lock button 10 comes into contact with the outside wall of the loading section 6 to prohibit the pressing operation of the ejection button 9. The operation to press the ejection button 9 to the loading section 6 is made possible by depressing the lock button 10 in an arrow C direction.

Thus, the voice uttered by the operator is properly recorded.
