SOLUTION: The cradle 1 is formed by providing a stand 4 having a base part 3 formed in a way as to allow disposition of a knob 34 for rotating a shaft body 33b for fixing at a left side end and fastening a main part guide 5 formed with a side plate 4 continuing to a placing plate 40 on which a digital camera 40 is place, for example, only the left side plate 30L and the stand 4. Since the right side plate of the main part guide 5 is not formed, the digital camera 40 of the asymmetric shape can be placed on the cradle 1 by turning either of its front or rear to the front face. In addition, the multiconnector 85 projecting from the right side part is made freely attachable and detachable in the state that the digital camera 40 is held placed on the cradle 1.
