Thus, since it is not necessary for an operator to read information concerning the broadcasting material, a broadcasting accident due to a Q sheet can be decreased and the editing time, which is needed for the preparation of the broadcast proceeding control data and Q sheet, can be shortened.

摘要： PURPOSE:To join wide films together readily and accurately by holding the tip parts on a tape receiving part in the form of allowing the adhesive surfaces of a pair of adhesive tapes to be faced on a base main body equipped with a film cutter on one side, and providing a pair of adhesive cutters on the lower surface of an arm material. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive tape is taken out of an adhesive tape holder 8b, and then adhesion-fixed on a holding member 17 by falling down an adhesive tape holding arm 14. A TAB film previously cut by a cutter on an upper part of the adhesive tape is brought into engagement with pin holes 9a, 9b in its sprocket holes and aligned to the center mark 19 so that the cutting parts thereof are put into abutment each other. An adhesive tape is taken out of an adhesive tape holder 8a, and the tip part is adhesion-held on a tape receiving part 16b crossing over the TAB film. Pressing down a handle 6, TAB film is pressed and forcibly held between pressing plates 11a, 11b and a guide material 7, and the adhesive tapes on the upper and lower surfaces are cut into a width of the TAB film by means of adhesive tape cutters 13a, 13b, simultaneously, sprocket holes are made thereon by means of punches 12a, 12b, thus completing the joint.
