摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a device which automatically inserts a fluorocarbon resin tube over a guide rod and prevents the slip-off of a claw from the tube when a tube fold-back process is carried out. CONSTITUTION:An end part of a flat fluorocarbon resin tube 4 is opened by a vacuum pad 23. A guide rod 5 is advanced to be automatically inserted into the open end part. In this manner, a production time is shortened and a manhour is reduced, whereby a production efficiency can be improved. In addition, a slip-off preventing air cylinder is provided opposedly to a claw to prevent the slip-off of the claw from the extended-diameter end part of the tube in a tube fold-back process. Therefore, the tube-fold back process can be smoothly conducted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent one end of a tube from generating wrinkle and to automate a tube folding process by providing an elastic retreating part, which elastically retreats by bringing it into contact with a guide rod on the apex of a tube inserting rod. CONSTITUTION:A tube inserting rod 25 inserted in a tube 2 is placed in a pipe 1 and when a guide rod 32 is brought into contact with the apex of this inserting rod 25, only the contact part 31 which is a part, of the tube inserting rod 25, is elastically retreated by the pushing pressure of the guide rod 32. Therefore, as the guide rod 32 is surely inserted in the end part of the tube 2, the end part of the tube 2 can be folded back to the end part of the pipe 1 by means of packs 33 and 34. In addition, as the tube inserting rod 25 itself is not retreated, no wrinkle is generated on the other end of the tube 2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To automatically measure the eccentricity of a roller without contacting the roller in a short time. CONSTITUTION:A driving roller 18 which rotates a tube roller 1 and at least one piece of an optical sensor 26 which is provided in the direction perpendicular to the axis 2 of the roller 1, is composed of a pair of light emitting and light receiving elements, and detects the eccentricity of the roller 1 as a change in light quantity are provided and the change in light quantity detected by means of the sensor 26 is digitally displayed on the displaying sections 35a, 35b, and 35c of a detected-value displaying panel 36 after photoelectric conversion. Therefore, the possibility of scratching or leaving a contact trace on the surface of the roller 1 is eliminated, because the eccentricity of the roller 1 can be automatically measured without contacting the roller 1. In addition, the measurement can be performed in a short time with high accuracy without requiring any skilled personnel.

And, by lifting or lowering the rollers 1 by means of the cylinder 13 in the direction shown by the arrow (6), the rollers 1 are set in the position where a product is received from the conveyor 5a at the bottom dead center or it is transferred to the conveyor 5b at the top dead center.

The side margin 4a, located outer side of the strip 4 of the wiping paper strip 4 when it is pressed against the roll 1, is located on the opposite side of the roll 1, and therefore the side margin 4 is not torn and wiping is performed satisfactorily.
