    • PURPOSE:To manufacture a printed board without employing a prepreg method and improve heat-resistant properties and electrical characteristics by a method wherein a substrate is impregnated with specific impregnate and the impregnated substrates are laminated to form a laminated board which is used for a printed board. CONSTITUTION:A substrate is impregnated with impregnate which contains allyl ester resin composed of polyester constituted by polybasic acid and polyhydric alcohol and of allyl ester group bonded to the end of the polyester molecule and liquid cross-linking monomer which can dissolve the allyl ester resin and can be polymerized by radical polymerization as indispensable components. The impregnated substrates are laminated to form a laminated board. Electric circuits are formed on the laminated board to produce a printed board. With this constitution, the printed board can be manufactured without employing a prepreg method and, moreover, the physical characteristics such as the rigidity and mechanical strength of the printed board during a thermal treatment can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the cutting dimensional accuracy of a final product by a simpler apparatus and simpler operation while high productivity and excellent energy conservation effect are held, by cutting a laminate into a predetermined dimension while continuously curing the same under heating. CONSTITUTION:A cutter 6 is arranged on the outlet side of a curing oven 4 and a laminate 5 is cut into a predetermined dimension in a heated state by said cutter 6. The cut laminate 7 continuously enter the second curing oven (post-curing oven) 8 without being cooled and curing is advanced until the completion of curing to obtain a laminated sheet 9 having desired dimensions. It is important that the laminate 5 is cut while held to a state controlled to definite temp. in the curing oven 4 and, further, cooling such that the curing of the laminate is once stopped is not performed and curing treatment (post-curing treatment) for completing curing is performed while heating is continued in succession after cutting is performed. The addition of a cooling device and the control work of cooling temp. are unnecessary and cutting can be performed with higher accuracy by simple apparatus and simple work and productivity is also enhanced.

    • PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled product having high elongation and strength at breakage, and excellent packed shape, by winding a pitch fiber bundle or depositing the bundle in a manner to be drawn out easily, infusibilizing and preliminarily carbonizing the bundle, and carbonizing and graphitizing the product in the form of filaments or after weaving or knitting. CONSTITUTION:A coal pitch or petroleum pitch such as coal tar pitch, naphtha pitch, etc. is put into a spinning device 1, heated under pressure, and spun in the form of a pitch fiber bundle 3 by the aid of a high-speed air stream take-up device 2. The bundle 3 is deposited in the heat-resistant container 5 in a manner to be drawn out easily, or wound on a heat-resistant bobbin 11, infusibilized (A) in the container 5 or on the bobbin 11, and preliminarily carbonized (B) at 400- 650 deg.C, preferably 500+ or -50 deg.C. The obtained fiber bundle 12 is continuously carbonized and graphitized (C) as it is or after forming to a woven or knit product 15 by a weaving or knitting machine 14. The product is wound on a paper bobbin 4 to obtain the objective carbon fiber 13 or woven or knit carbon fiber 16.

    • PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminated board continuously by installing a pressure chamber using an endless belt as one constitutional surface and filling a pressure medium composed of a fluid to a section with which a double belt press, the endless belt and a sheet-shaped base material impregnated with a resin are brought into contact. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of two or twenty sheet-shaped base materials 1... impregnated with a resin liquid are superposed by a double belt press 4 or in the pre-process of the belt press 4, and heated, pressed and unified by the belt press. The sheet-shaped base materials 1... impregnated with the resin liquid are held between endless belts 6, 6, and carried into the double belt press 4. A pressure medium 11 at a fixed temperature properly selected by the kind of the resin liquid, the kind of a curing catalyst, the conditions of pressure, etc., is pressed into a pressure chamber 9 mounted into the double belt press 4 as specified pressure, and the sheet-shaped base materials 1... can be unified under appropriate conditions. The temperature of the pressure medium 11 pressed into the pressure chamber 9 changes by the kind of the resin liquid used, the kind of the curing catalyst, the conditions of pressure, etc., but it is kept within a range of 50-200 deg.C normally.
