摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an adsorptive carrier which can be easily manufactured, has excellent reproducibility, durability, and asymmetry identifying ability, and can be applied to a wide range of optically active compounds by immobilizing an optically active di-substituted ethylenediamine derivative modified by optically active naphthylethyl isocyanate to an insoluble carrier. CONSTITUTION:The title adsorptive carrier is obtained by linking a di- substituted ethylenediamine derivative obtained by making one or both of amino groups having optically active di-substituted ethylenediamine in which a substituent is linked with two carbon atoms of ethylenediamine and which has two symmetric carbon atoms to react and link to the isocyanate part of naphthylethyl isocyanate to a water-insoluble carrier having a functional group, such as carboxylic group, in a suitable solvent by using a catalyzer or reactive reagent. This carrier has excellent reproducibility and durability and the column filled with this carrier can separate various kinds of isomers including not only optical isomers, but also the positional and geometrical isomers of substituted benzene.

摘要： PURPOSE:To generate an adsorption carrier by letting cyclodextrin having a vinyl group, or a vinyl group of a derivative of cyclodextrin react with a water-insoluble supporting body. CONSTITUTION:For the water-insoluble supporting body, such one that has a functional group capable of bonding with a vinyl group or is introducible through graft polymerization, e.g. agarose, dextrin, cellulose or the like is used. For the cyclodextrin with a vinyl group (CD) or its derivative, for instance, acrylic ester with a residue of the CR or its derivative, or methyl methacrylate or the like is used. In order to obtain the CD with a vinyl group, the CD is dissolved or dispersed in a suitable solvent and, a vinyl derivative having a group capable of reacting with a vinyl group and a hydroxyl group of the CD is added. The obtained adsorption carrier for chromatography shows higher asymmetric identifying properties, making possible the separation of various kinds of optical isomers.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an adsorbent with a superior substance recognition capability of an optical isomer by immobilizing a calixarene derivative modified by an optically active compound to a support which is insoluble in water. CONSTITUTION:A calixarene derivation qualified by an optically active compound is immobilized on a support which is insoluble in water for creating an adsorbent. The calixarene derivation is obtained by modifying the calixarene which is an annular compound obtained by performing the addition condensation of phenol and formaldehyde with an optically active compound and includes a compound shown by an expression as one example. The optically active compounds for modification are amino acids such as alanine, phenyl alanine and histidine and the derivatives, oxyacids such as mandelic acid and tartaric acid, and amine such as naphthylethylamine and cyclohexanediamine. It is desirable to replace a para-position hydrogen of phenole where the calixarene is constituted by the optically active compound.
