摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a packing container with a corrugated fiberboard cylinder on a steel pallet, and to improve the packing workability. SOLUTION: In assembling the firm packing container by inserting a lower end 10a of the corrugated fiberboard cylinder 10 in a groove 5 formed on a circumferential edge of an upper surface of the steel pallet 1 and fixing it thereto, a substantially U-shaped clip 20 formed of an elastic plate is interposed between the groove 5 and the lower end 10a of the corrugated fiberboard cylinder, the clip 20 is press-fitted into the groove 5 by the force for inserting the lower end 10a of the corrugated fiberboard cylinder into the groove 5, both ends of the clip 20 are inwardly deformed by the pushing force by an inner wall surface of the groove 5 and firmly engaged therewith so as to be bitten into inner and outer surfaces of the lower end 10a of the corrugated fiberboard cylinder, and the corrugated fiberboard cylinder 10 is fixed to the groove 5. The clip 20 is reliably prevented from coming off from the groove 5 by elastically engaging a stopper 30 with the clip 20 inserted in the groove 5.

CONSTITUTION: On four peripheral edges of a rectangular floor member 1, four sheets of rectangular wall members 11 are stood for a transport container. By the folding process of the peripheral edges of the panel 12, the number of constituent parts of the wall member 11 is reduced to one or to a degree of three at most, and the manufacturing cost of the container is lowered. The same process as the reduction of the number of constituent parts by the panel processing is implemented for a panel 2 of a floor member 1 as well.

When the cover 30 is put, the engagement receiver 31 is elastically deformed and goes across the pin shaft, and the hook tip enters under the pin shaft, and is combined. Then, by inserting a lock in a lock hole 45, the pin shaft can be locked so that it may not slide.
