摘要： PURPOSE:To form a highly corrosion-proof film by applying a paint composition respectively containing a water-dispersible epoxy ester resin, talc, calcium phosphate and barium metaphosphate in specific pts.wts. by airless spray painting. CONSTITUTION:80-100 pts.wt. of talc is added to 100 pts.wt. of a water- dispersible epoxy ester resin solid to prepare a paint composition which is, in turn, subjected to airless spray painting under such a condition that viscosity is 3-30 poise and paint temp. is 10-50 deg.C. In order to impart high corrosion-proof properties, 2-20 pts.wt. of calcium phosphate and 3-40 pts.wt. of barium metaphosphate are added to 100 pts.wt. of the water-dispersible epoxy ester resin. Other than anticorrosion pigment, condensed aluminum phosphate, zinc molybdate, strontium chromate or zinc chromate can be used, if necessary. By this method, a film possible to practically handle is formed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a coated film having a high film thickness by using a water paint by coating a water dispersible paint having specific characteristics by electrodeposition painting onto a conductive material to be coated and cleaning the coated film with the paint consisting of the same compsn. then subjecting the film to dip coating with the paint consisting of the same compsn. CONSTITUTION:The water dispersible paint having 20-50sec/25 deg.C FC#4 viscosity and 43-52wt% nonvolatile content is first electrodeposition painted on the conductive material to be coated. The coated film formed in such a manner is then cleaned by the paint consisting of the same compsn. and is thereafter subjected to dip coating in the paint consisting of the same compsn.; further the coated film is subjected to baking after setting. The water dispersible paint having the specific characteristics is lap-coated by changing the painting methods in the above-mentioned manner, by which the coated film consisting of the water paint having the substantially high film thickness is formed as a rust preventive coated film.

As the component B, a chlorinated elastomer having a degree of chlorination of at least 60wt.% is preferably used. As the component C, an acrylonitrile/butadiene copolymer and/or said copolymer partly having hydroxy-functional groups or carboxy- functional groups is preferably used.

摘要： PURPOSE:To seal the pores of an electrodeposition coated film and to remarkably improve the durability thereof by curing the electrodeposition coated film on a material to be coated and coating a water dispersible paint having specific characteristics by dip coating thereon and baking the coated film. CONSTITUTION:The electrodeposition paint is first coated on the material to be coated and thereafter the coated film is baked to form the cured paint film in a method for improving the quality of the electrodeposition paint coated film by a painting stage for finishing only by the electrodeposition painting. The water dispersible paint having 45-57wt% nonvolatile matter and 30-80sec/25 deg.C FC#4 viscosity is then dip-coated thereon and is baked. The water dispersible paint is constituted by using the water dispersible resin such as thermosetting water dispersible amino alkyd resin and crosslinking agent such as methoxymethylated melamine resin to be compounded according to need as coated film forming components and compounding a pigment and org. solvent according to need with such components. Then the pores of the electrodeposition paint coated film are sealed and the durability thereof is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To automatically strip a sheet-like masking material by using the double-layered material formed by joining stocks which are different in the rate at which thermal shrinkage arises, temp., shrinkage rate, etc. CONSTITUTION:A sheet 4 and sheet 6 are different from each other in the rate at which the thermal shrinkage arises, the temp. or shrinkage rate or the combination thereof. Such sheets 4, 6 are laminated and are adhered by an adhesive agent 8 to form the masking material which is required at the time of painting and is baked after painting. Such masking material 2 is stuck to the part of the material to be coated where painting is not required. The masking material is baked after painting. The masking material 2, when heated, warps and exfoliates from the material to be coated. The masking material is thus easily removed without requiring labor.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a water-dispersed paint compsn. for use in dip coating, which gives a thick-wall film and is useful in the dip coating of bag type structures, by using a specified alkyd resin and a water-soluble melamine resin as main vehicle components. CONSTITUTION:An alkyl resin is mixed with maleinized oil and the mixture is reacted by heating. An amine is added thereto to neutralize the reaction mixture and the resulting reaction mixture is dispersed in water to obtain a water-dispersed maleinized oil-modified alkyd resin (A) having an acid value (mg equivalents of acid radical in 1g of resin solid multiplied by KOH) of 40-60 and a neutralization ratio of 60-90% represented by the formula. The component A is blended with a water-soluble melamine resin (B) (e.g., methoxymethylated melamine resin) in a weight ratio of 90-70:10-30 on a solid basis to obtain main vehicle component (C). 20-30wt% component C is blended with optionally, a pigment, a solvent, additives and water, etc. to obtain a water-dispersed paint compsn. for use in the dip coating of FC #4, which has a nonvolatile matter content of 45-57wt% and a viscosity of 30-80sec/25 deg.C.
