摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent gaskets of equipment such as a radiator from deteriorationg during standby period before the eqnipment starts. CONSTITUTION:In equipment wherein a gasket such as a radiator is used in a cooling water circulation passage for cooling an internal combustion engine 13, flow passage controlling valves 17a, 17b are arranged on pipelines 15a, 15b in the vicinity of gaskets 12a, 12b of the equipment, while a water-charging valve 18 is arranged. Water is charged into a radiator 11 from the valve 18 when the equipment is perfected. The gaskets 12a, 12b of the equipment keep a wet condition during standby period until the equipment is started. Liquid having satisfactory permeability, such as antifreeze or antirust agent may be preferably charged, in addition to water.

The apparatus is provided with a second heat exchanger 11 for cooling the permeated water of the reverse osmosis membrane device 27 by using the raw water and is preferably provided with a filter, 23 between the raw water pump 20 and the pressure pump 26. Further, the drinking water and the industrial water are formed when the sterilization device 38, a second treating device. are used.

Thus, this is vaporized momentarily to become steam by high temperature exhaust gas, and this state is continued. Thus, the exhaust gas to be discharged is lowered at its temperature in the amount corresponding to the vaporization heat to be safely discharged externally.
