    • PURPOSE:To enable papers to be recycled without any necessity of the separation of a film from a paper on the innermost layer after being used while maintaining oil resistance by using a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) films as an innermost layer of a laminated body whose base material is paper. CONSTITUTION:The polymerization degree of a PVA film used for this container is not limited especially, but that of P=500 to 3000 is preferable in workability. Also the saponification degree of the PVA is not limited, but it is preferable to use a complete saponification matter having the saponification degree of 99.0mol% or more in the case where an article to be packed is food. Moreover plasticizer like glyceline, lubricant like fatty acid or additive like talc can be added to the PVA film to such a degree that oil resistance is not decreased. It is necessary to use water soluble adhesive as adhesive for sticking the PVA film to the paper, the most preferable adhesive is a PVA adhesive. Thereby the innermost film and the adhesive are made of water soluble PVA resin, so that the paper can be recycled.

SOLUTION: A hollow granular body 1 is provided with an outer layer 2 of biodegradable resin and an inner layer 3 of PVA resin. A cushioning material formed of hollow granular bodies or a cushioning material of given shape formed by mold forming a number of hollow granular bodies is provided by the arrangement, and in the cushioning material, resistance to moisture absorption is kept for a long period of time, and the static adhesion of fouls is not generated as the surface resistance is low, and perforating can be carried out by a needle or the like when the material is not required after opening a package, the decomposition is carried out by bacteria when the material is used in the landfill work and the heat development amount is scarce when being incinerated not to damage an incinerator.
