摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the projection of the side wall of a combustion chamber, permit the continuous operation of an incinerating furnace and eliminate the adhesion of ash and/or clinker to the wall of the furnace by lining the inside of the furnace with porous SiC bricks equipped with a cooling gas distributing machanism on the back surface of the same. CONSTITUTION:Porous SiC bricks 1 are arranged on a side wall at the inner surface side of a furnace and a metallic case 2 is mounted on the back surface of the SiC bricks while a gap 3 for cooling gas pool is formed between the metallic case 2 and the back surface of the Sic bricks 1. Cooling gas distributing pipes 5 branched from a cooling gas supplying pipe 4 communicating with the cooling gas source are opened and communicate with respective gaps 3. In this case, the porous SiC brick contains 40-90wt.% of SiC and whose ventilating amount is specified to be 20-100cm .cm/sec.cm .g/cm . By this method, the projection of the side wall of the combustion chamber is eliminated, the continuous operation of an incinerating furnace is permitted while the adhesion of ash and/or clinker to the furnace wall can be eliminated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable reuse of a slide plate by arranging a gas blowing member and molten metal shutting-off part at both sides to the sliding direction of a molten metal discharging hole and specifying intervals between the discharging hole, and gas blowing hole and shutting-off part. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal discharging hole 3 is bored almost at center part of the slide plate 2 and one side to the sliding direction, the gas blowing member 4 is set and at the other side, the molten metal shutting-off part 5 is arranged. The interval S2 between the center of discharging hole 3 and the center of gas blowing member 4 and the interval S1 between the center of discharging hole 3 and the center of molten metal shutting-off part 5 are made to 1.1 - 3D based on diameter D of the discharging hole 3. In the case of controlling flow rate between the discharging hole 3 and the molten metal shutting off part 5, S1 and S2 are made to 1.5 - 3D and 1.1 - 2.5D, respectively. In the case of controlling the flow rate between the discharging hole 3 and the gas blowing member 4, S1 and S2 are made to 1.1 - 2.5D and 1.5 - 3D, respectively. As the molten metal is not entered into the gas blowing member 4 after completing the casting, the reuse of slide plate 2 can be executed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the transfer of refractory material without damaging it by a method wherein a hanger hung by a wire rope is vertically arranged at the center of an upper surface of a plate and a specified number of anchor bolt insertion holes are equally arranged in an annular form around a peripheral position at the plate spaced in equal distance from the center of the hanger. SOLUTION: A threaded shaft 3a is inserted into a hole 2a formed at the center of an upper surface of a plate 2. The shaft is fastened with a nut 4 from the lower surface of the plate 2 so as to fix a hanger 3 against a plate 1 in a vertical state. At this time, at least three anchor bolt insertion holes 5 are arranged in an annular form around a peripheral position of the plate 2 at equal distances from the center of the hanger 3. In turn, an anchor member 7 having an irregular part 7a at an outer circumference of its lower part and threaded holes 7b at its upper part is buried at the upper end part of the tapping tube 6 in such a manner that it may not be pulled out of it. Then, the anchor bolt insertion holes 5 are aligned with the threaded holes 7b, nuts 9 are threadably fixed to the threaded portions of the anchor 8 projected out of the upper surface of the plate 2 and then the hanger 1 is fixed to the upper part of the tapping tube 6.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracking or the like even in rapid heating at the time of actual use by making a tapping tube out of a material of MgO-C or materials of MgO-C and Al2 O3 -C and by firing it at a specific temperature for a specified time. SOLUTION: A tapping tube is made of a single material (a) of MgO-C, or a terminal block part thereof is made of a material (b) of Al2 O3 -C and a tube part of the material (a) of MgO-C, in another way. The material of MgO-C having this composition is used singly or in combination with body of the material of Al2 O3 -C and molded in a prescribed shape. A molded body thus obtained is fired at a temperature of 400-800 deg.C for 3-10 hours. Moreover, the tapping tube of an electric furnace thus obtained is coated with an antioxidant. The constituent materials of this tapping tube of the electric furnace are porous and, besides, a volatile content driving from a binder is removed therefrom.

In this case, the immersion nozzle is formed with a nozzle upper end part 12 and a nozzle main body part 11, and this nozzle upper end part 12 is formed with rich erosion resistance and wear resistance, and an iron shell 14 is fitted to the outer peripheral part of the range containing the joining surfaces of the nozzle upper end part 12 and the nozzle main body part 11.
