The space part 6 formed between the protruding edge parts 5 on both the sides is locked by a lid body 10 to constitute a fens unit 1. In the construction of a fens, a plurality of fens units 1 are juxtaposed in the state where the lids 10 are removed, bolts are inserted to the bolt mounting holes 8, and the adjacent fens units 1 are mutually connected by bolts and nuts. Since the space part is formed between the protruding edge parts of the vertical wall part, the whole body is lightweight, and work such as carrying can be facilitated.
