摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the title chamber and permit the quick freezing of a reserved substance in a freezing tank by arranging one part of a cooling pipe near the discharging port of a pressure reducing device around the freezing tank. CONSTITUTION:One part 20a of a cooling pipe 20 near the discharging port of a pressure reducing device 19 is arranged around a freezing tank 4 while the cooling pipe 10b, connected to the cooling pipe 20a at the downstream side thereof, is arranged around a preservation tank 1. A heater 21 controls a freezing speed while detecting the temperature of the freezing tank 4 by a temperature sensor 22. When this refrigerating cycle R is operated, mixed refrigerant is separated sequentially and low boiling point refrigerant is extracted finally as liquid constituent while a cryogenic temperature is generated by reducing the pressure of the low boiling point refrigerant and effecting cooling operation in a cooler 20 whereby the cryogenic preservation of reserved substance in the preservation tank 1 may be effected.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the pressure loss of a flow of refrigerant and reduce the content of refrigerant by forming a plurality of cascade heat exchangers in an integral double tubing with an inner pipe for the return of refrigerant and an outer tubing for its supply and by connecting gas-liquid separators at intervals with the outer tubing. CONSTITUTION:A cascade heat exchanger A is formed in a double tubing with an outer tubing 22 fitted on a pipe 21 and brazed. The tubing 22 comprises four T-joints 22a-22d arranged with an interval between adjacent ones and pipes 22e-22g each connecting one T-joint to an adjacent T-joint by brazing. The T-joints 22a, 22d at both ends are brazed to the pipe 21. Gas-liquid separators 23-25 are connected respectively with the lower ends of the T-joints 22a-22c and brazed. A pipe 26 from a condenser is connected with the gas-liquid separator 23 and brazed. A pipe 27 leading to a pressure reducer is connected with the T-joint 22d and brazed. Fine tubes 28-30 are connected respectively with the gas-liquid separators 23-25 with one end of each of the fine tubes connected with the bottom of one of the separators. The other ends of the fine tubes are passed respectively through the T-joints 22b-22d and connected with the pipe 21 and brazed.
