摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent an occurrence of noise and perform an operation under the most suitable temperature and humidity. CONSTITUTION:A central device for supplying air of which temperature and humidity are set in advance into a guest room 1 and a fan coil device 7 disposed within the guest room are provided. The fan coil device 7 is formed with the first cooling and heating chamber 13 for circulating interior air with a blowing fan 19, cooling or heating air and the second cooling and heating chamber 15 for cooling or heating air from the central device. When the blowing fan 19 is stopped, only the air from the central device is supplied into the guest room 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify assembling work even when it is required at a site by employing radio communication in at least one of transmission/reception of signal between a sensor and a control board or between the control board and a controlled section. SOLUTION: Measurements from a CO2 sensor C, a temperature sensor T, a humidity sensor 14 and a pressure sensor P are transmitted by radio to a control board in an air conditioner. The control board determined the control amount of controlled sections, e.g. dampers and valves, based on the measurements and transmits the information by radio to each controlled section. Preferably, signals are transmitted/received by radio both between the sensors C, T, H, P and the control board and between the control board and the controlled sections. When required wiring is available, radio communication is employed in any one transmission/reception of signal and wired communication may be employed in the other transmission/reception of signal.

SOLUTION: For a ceiling recessed air conditioner 1, bottom plates 3 and 4 of a machine body can be removed from the machine body, and a frame exists within a same plane as a ceiling face, and regulates an opening for maintenance and inspection of the machine body, in a position on the ceiling face corresponding to an area under the machine body, and also, supports ceiling boards 102 and 103 for closing the opening. At least, a filter unit part 20, a fan motor unit 30, and a coil unit part 40 within the machine body are fixed in specified positions within the machine body by means of lock mechanisms capable of being released manually. Releasing this lock will enable each unit to be moved in a sliding manner along a guide sliding mechanism in the vertical direction of the machine body in the installed state.
