摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten to a large extent the time for installing plate glass which forms the window and external wall of a building by sticking and fixing pieces of plate glass together via a silicon type adherent filler provided on a supporting member disposed on the indoor side. CONSTITUTION:Unvulcanized silicon rubber molded by extrusion is attached in advance to at least either one of plate glass 1 and a supporting member 2. The plate glass 1 and the supporting member 2 are affixed to each other via the unvulcanized silicon rubber. Then the unvulcanized silicon rubber is converted into heat vulcanized silicon rubber 10 through heat vulcanization and a sealing material 4 and a back-up material 5 are packed in the joint portion between pieces of plate glass 1. Therefore, an adherent filler 3 is hardened in a short time and so the work can be made efficient to a large extent.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a firm structure having no curing time without damaging heat resisting and fire resisting characteristics by making pressure-welding of one side of both side adhesive tapes consisting of one side having a rubber system adhesive and the other side having a silicon system adhesive to the joint end of a PC curtain wall, and making pressure-welding of the other side to a silicon rubber gasket. CONSTITUTION:A rubber system adhesive layer A such as natural rubberand a silicon system adhesive layer B are respectively formed on both surfaces of a film substrate G such as polyethylene teleohtalate, etc., and mold-releasing papers are stuck on both surfaces to form both side adhesive tapes. After that, a mild-releasing paper on the rubber system adhesive layer A of both side adhesive tapes is peeled to make pressure-welding of the adhesive surface to an adhesive surface C of a PC curtain wall. Then, a mold-releasing paper on the silicon system adhesive layer B is peeled to make pressure-welding of the adhesive surface to an adhesive surface D of a silicon gasket. According to the constitution, the working efficiency is promoted, and the construction period can be greatly reduced.
