摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the fluidization of the ground to be reinforced by a method in which main axially directed fiber bundles bound with resin are crossed with fiber bundles directed to the other direction into a latticed form and then press- molded, and a high corrosion-resistant nonwoven fabric is bonded to the surface of the reinforcing part. CONSTITUTION:Main axially directed fiber bundles 2A are crossed with fiber bundles 2B extended to the other direction into a latticed form. The fiber bundles positioned on the outermost layer at the crossings are extended to other direction and the expanded crossings are crushed by press molding. The interval between the adjacent crossing in the main axial direction is made larger than that of the crossings in the other directions, and a high corrosion- resistant nonwoven fabric 5 is bonded to the surface of the latticed reinforcing part. The fluidization of the ground to be reinforced can thus be prevented, and the occurrence of land slide can also be prevented by raising the shearing strength of the soil.

The fibrous bundles positioned on the outermost layer at the crossings are extended to the other direction and the expanded crossings are crushed by press molding, and the interval between the adjacent crossings in the main axial direction is made greater than that of the adjacent crossings in the other direction. A reinforcing part having high-strength crossings, bendability to the main axial direction, and compatibility with soil when buried in backing can be obtained for banking.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the durability of concrete by arranging a water flowing weir plate made of fiber having rigidity, onto the front surface of a water flowing panel in lattice form and installing a water permeable cloth covering the front surface. CONSTITUTION:A water flowing mold frame 1 is constituted of a water flowing panel 2, water flowing weir 3 and a water permeable cloth 4. Then, the water flowing panel 2 is formed into lattice from a glass fiber-reinforced material, and a cavity 2a is formed into a longitudinal rectangulalr form. Then, the water flowing weir 3 is formed by entwining and solidifying a continuous fiber mat made of glass fiber into lamination lyear form by an adhesive made of vinylester resin, and attached onto the panel 2 by the adhesidve, and a prescribed rigidity is set. The excessive moisture in the laid concrete is introduced into the weir plate 3 from the water permeable cloth 4 and flows downward, and gas foames are exhausted from the air gap 2a, passing through the cloth 4 and the weir plate 3. Therefore, the durability of concrete can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE: To attain stability of tunnel timbering by arranging a thin linear material network low between shaft reinforcements in parallel of thick linear material which is lightweighted high strength fiber impregnated with highly anticorrosive resin material and bundled to form a wavy net plate, and burying it in lining. A wavy net plate B is formed out of raised streaks 3 having shaft reinforcements 4 on the ridge, and net-like bodies 1 between the streaks 3 into a wavy section. The plate B is provided along the inner face of a pit, then concrete or the like is placed thereon, the plate B is buried in concrete, and the tunnel timbering is formed. Consequently, the timbering has no possibility to be degraded by corrosion, and stability of the timebering can be attained.

CONSTITUTION:A plurality of linear longitudinal materials 2 which consist of an uncured resin infiltrated continuous fiber obtained by passing through an uncured resin infiltrating bath 1 are arranged on a carrier 3. The carrier 3 advances from the right to the left successively by means of a sprocket 4. A first transverse material 6 is arranged on the carrier by means of a transverse material supplying machine 7 and a first longitudinal material 2 is arranged thereon, and further, a second transverse material is arranged thereon by means of a transverse supplying machine 9 via an uncured resin infiltrating bath 5 and a second longitudinal material 10 is arranged thereon, thereby obtaining a lattice work which has four-layer at the crossed parts. The carrier formed with the lattice work comprising the longitudinal and transverse materials consisting of the uncured resin infiltrated continuous fiber advances from the right to the left and the uncured resin is then cured by passing through a curing furnace 11 of ultraviolet ray curing or the like, thereafter the lattice work is cut in its temples by means of a temple cutting machine 12 and also cut into a desired length by means of a transverse cutting machine 13.
