摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the dynamically reasonable structure of a roof with excellent workability, profitability, durability and maintenance performance. SOLUTION: A roof frame 8 is constructed by girders 5 formed from trusses, beams 6 for connecting both upper chord members of the girders 5 and slant struts for connecting the centers of the beams 6 and the lower chord members of the girders 5 together, the girder 5 being formed from steel materials and the beams 6 and the slant struts being formed from wood laminated lumbers or solid materials. The roof frame 8 is formed in an almost trapezoidal shape and the girders 5 are radially mounted and formed to be gradually larger corresponding to mutual spaces. Horizontal braces are provided on the outer peripheries of the roof frame 8. Columns 12, 13 for supporting the roof frame 8 are constructed by a plurality of column members 12a, 13a to continuously arrange both column members 12a, 13a in the cross direction of the roof frame 8 for functioning as braces. The middles of the girders 5 in their longitudinal direction are supported by middle columns 15. Such a roof structure is applied to an indoor pool.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide an effective structure which can be applied to a large-scale elliptic roof. CONSTITUTION: A domical roof is formed by successively and concentrically providing a plurality of inner-peripheral ring trusses 2a-2d on the inside of an annular outer- peripheral ring truss 1 having an elliptic external shape so that the succeeding ones can become higher in height than the 'preceding ones. The outer-peripheral ring truss 1 is constituted in a steel structure composed of outer-peripheral chord members 11, upper chord members 12, lower chord members 13, tying members 14, first diagonal members 15, and second diagonal members 16 having triangular cross sections. In addition, the diagonal members 25 and 26 are connected to the upper chord members 12 (22) of the outer-peripheral ring truss 1 or another inner-peripheral ring trust on the inside. Tension cables 3 are stretched along the direction of minor axis of the roof on the lower surface side of the roof. The lower chord members 23 and second diagonal members 26 of the inner-peripheral ring trusses 2a-2d can be constituted of cables.

When a roof is opened, the air inside the respective air tubes 1 is nearly completely drawn out, and the air tubes together with the cables 3 are housed on the one side of the roof. When the roof is closed, air is successively blown into the tubes 1 from the end thereof. In this way, when the air is filled up to the base end part of the air tubes 1, the roof is brought into a completely closed condition.

In the unit 11 having the deformed tense-grid structure, two pieces of the grid material 12 are intersected with each other in the shape of a cross, and a diagonal member 14 is tightly stretched between both of the upper and lower ends of the bundle member 13 installed in an intersected part and the respective ends of the two pieces of the grid material 12. The units 11 are used and coupled together by means of band members 15 disposed consecutively and stretched tightly in a lattice like manner, and the chord member for coupling the bundle members 13 together is installed in an place requiring the chord member.
