The concrete material housed in the material bag-like body is kneaded by the operation of the stirrer 4 through the deformation of the elastic diaphragm 8 and the kneaded concrete material is fed to the outside under pressure from the discharge pipe 11 by the pressurization in the pressure-resistant container due to the pressurized fluid supply means. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method and a repair method of an underground facility having a water-tight structure capable of ensuring cut-off efficiency around the underground facility with good workability and stability for a long period. SOLUTION: Boring holes 6 are provided to the top surface section, the bottom section and both side sections of a tunnel skeleton 5. A large volume of low viscous ground improvement agent 4 is pressurized to inject over a wide range of an approximately 10 m square of a mountain tunnel 5 through the boring holes 6, and fine voids in a wide range of the ground 7 are filled with the agents. Then, a gap between the tunnel skeleton 5a and the ground 7 or a high permeable section such as a big crack or the like in the ground 7 is filled with a high viscous ground improvement agent 3. The high viscous ground improvement agent 3 and the low viscous ground improvement agent 4 are substituted for the ground water in the ground 7 by vanishing ethanol in a liquid phase through an advective diffusion phenomenon. Accordingly, viscosity is greatly improved in comparison to the case when the ethanol is contained in the liquid phase.
