    • PURPOSE:To measure a deformation amount of a sample without the damage of a gauge, by a method wherein a leaf spring, whereto a strain gauge applied with a high-temperature high-pressure resisting seal is adhered, is installed to one of mark points of a sample, and is separably brought into contact with the other. CONSTITUTION:A sample 1 is located in an enclosure high-temperature high- pressure container, and a tensile load is applied from both side of the notch 2, and stands 5 and 6 are secured. A leaf spring 4 is previously bent, one end is mounted to the forward of the stand 5, the other end is attached to a hook piece 7, and a pin 9 is positioned between the nip formed by an adjusting screw 8 of the stand 5 and the leaf spring 4. A resistance wire strain gauge 10, whereto a high-temperature high-pressure resisting seal is applied, is adhered to the leaf spring 4. If the sample 1 is brought to an opening displacement, the leaf spring 4 is reduced in bending, and the strain gauge 10 electrically detects a strain a mount. If the bending of the leaf spring 4 is completely removed, the hook piece 7 is detached from the pin 9, and the leaf spring 4 is separated from the stand 6, which results in preventing the gauge 10 from being damaged.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve an analysis for a short time by simultaneously indicating an AF signal and signals pertaining to load and displacement with a specified computation. CONSTITUTION:Signals from AE sensors 1A and 1B mounted on a sample material W are converted into a pulse N for counting an AE event cumulative figure and the peak value Vp of the AE signal with an AE detection circuit 2 and introduced into a central processor 4 through an input/output unit 3 with a signal partaining to a load P added and a displacement X. In the central processor 4, the load and displacement signals are taken on a program when no AE is generated and memorized sequentially with a primary analysis. When an AE signal is generated, with the AE signal as interrupt signal, the output of the AE detection circuit 2 is taken and memorized with the primary analysis. As soon as the requirement is met for ending a test, results of the primary analysis memorized undergo a secondary analysis, the results of which are printed out. The generation of the AE event is outputted and indicated on a LED display from an input/output unit 3.

    • PURPOSE:To measure the residual stress of a ferromagnetic substance, by providing a means giving an alternating current magnetic field to the magnetic substance to be measured and a sound-electricity conversion element contacting with said substance and then, detecting produced sound wave in th ferromagnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:A coil 2 and an alternating current power source 3 are provided in order to give an alternating current magnetic field to an axis direction of a ferromagnetic substance 4 carried out wire drawing by a die 1. A sound-electricity conversion element 6, e.g. a piezo-electric element connected with a waveguide rod 11 which contacts with the substance 4, is provided and a voltage measuring means introducing the output of this element 6 is provided. Said measuring means consisits of amplifiers 7, 9, a filter 8 and a voltmeter 10. When a switch of the source 3 is turned ON and the alternating current magnetic field is given to the substance 4, an AE sound wave in accordance with the residual stress produced at the wire drawing time in the coil 2 is produced and the residual stress of the ferromagnetic substance is measured easily by the volemeter 10.

CONSTITUTION:The error DELTA of the detected value M from a detector 2 with respect to a control target value F is corrected to the value DELTA' as expressed by the equation by the value C corresponding the neutral zone of a simple type servocontrol valve 3 and is used as an electric input signal to the valve 3. The flow rate Q of the pressure oil in the valve 3 is therefore corrected with respect to the error DELTA. If, for example, the error is assumed to be the value DELTA1 within the neutral zone, the DELTA1 is corrected to DELTA1+C=DELTA'1 even if the flow rate is 0, on account of the characteristic inherent to the valve 3. The pressure oil is supplied at the corrected flow to generate the flow rate Q1. The valve 3 is thus rejected substantially of its neutral zone by a control part 4.

    • PURPOSE:To take a test accurately by detecting a stroke of a load mechanism, bringing the load mechanism under feedback control based upon the detection signal of the stroke, and changing control modes when the load or strain of a test piece attains to a set value. CONSTITUTION:A flow control value 22 is opened and closed according to the output signal O of an output part 30 to supply hydraulic pressure to a load cylinder 13. Therefore, the load cylinder 13 is brought under the feedback control of the stroke detection signal C of a stroke detector 16. Then, a reference signal generation part 28 increases a load reference signal Fr at a preset speed. Thus, a load F is stabilized and increased at the preset speed, thereby taking a load test accurately.
