    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatically fix a holder for suspending a container, e.g. container of Ringer's solution, in upside down state without using hands by providing a takeout mechanism, push out mechanism, insertion guide, lift means and container feed mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Cup-like holding members 2 stacked on one another in a magazine 7 are taken out one after another from the magazine 7 by a takeout mechanism 10 and pushed out to a container storing position A in upstanding state by a push out mechanism 14, On the other hand, a container 3 is introduced to a holding position C through an introducing conveyor 16 and held and carried by a container feed mechanism 17 and inserted into a holding member 2 located at the position A. At. this time, a lift means 23 lowers an insertion guide 21 to insert its lower end into the member 2 from above, while the container 3 passes through the guide 21 so as to expand the lower parts thereof, so that the container 3 is surely accommodated in the member 2. Thereafter, the member 2 is caused to thermally shrink so that the container 5 is integrally connected with the holding member 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and continuously feed a magazine with cartons put in an array. SOLUTION: Fingers 16 are attached at regular intervals to a chain 14 and a carton is held between front and back fingers and conveyed on a supporting rail 4. At the downstream end of the supporting rail 4 a magazine 8 which is inclined downward is placed and a carton is delivered by a delivery means 10. The delivery means 10 is provided with a risingfalling table 36 which sways in a rocking motion centering on the upper end of the magazine 8, an under stopper 36 which is capable of rising from under the rising-falling table and setting thereunder, an upper stopper 38 which is capable of forward and backward movement from above, and side stoppers which are capable of projecting into the magazine 8 from the two lateral sides and sliding moreover toward an extraction hole 8a of the magazine 8. The chain 14 is run by one pitch, a group of cartons are fed above the rising-falling table 36 which has descended, and, while the front side of the cartons is being supported by the under stopper 36 and the upper stopper 38, the rising-falling table 34 is elevated. After returning the under and upper stoppers 36, 38 while the cartons are supported by the side stoppers, the side stoppers are slid and the cartons are fed into the magazine 8.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously feed one-touch cartons put in an array. SOLUTION: Fingers 10 are attached at regular intervals to a chain 8 in an arrangement to intermittently convey cartons held between front and back fingers 10. A supporting rail 14 is placed above the chain 8 and the cartons conveyed are moved on this supporting rail 14. At the downstream end of the chain 8 a carton-extracting part (magazine) M is provided and by the use of an extracting means provided in front thereof the cartons are taken out piece by piece. The carton magazine M is provided with a pair of fastening claws 18 which are opened and closed by an openingclosing air cylinder 26. By the use of a rodless cylinder 22 these fastening claws 18 can be moved forward and backward along the direction of the movement of the cartons. When a carton is conveyed into the magazine M, the fastening claw 18 is released and moved backward, stopped at the back of the carton and then the magazine is closed. The fastening claw 18 is given force at all times toward a carton- extracting hole under air pressure of the rodless cylinder 22.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely simplify die changing work only by changing the elevating/lowering quantity of a liquid discharging head by a robot when the height of a container is changed. SOLUTION: A liquid discharging head 5 to discharge the liquid from a container 2 is mounted on a tip of a movable arm 4A of a robot. The liquid discharging head 5 comprises a gas pipe 84, a nozzle 91, a recovery pipe 87, and a gripper member 126. When six containers 2 are conveyed to a liquid discharging zone A, and positioned by a stopper, the liquid discharging head 5 is lowered and the container 2 is held by the gripper member 126. After the liquid discharging head 5 is elevated in a condition where the container 2 is held, the liquid discharging head 5 and the container 2 are inverted to the position indicated by an imaginary line. Since the gas is introduced into the container 2 through the gas pipe 8 and the nozzle 91, the liquid in the container 2 is discharged from a mouth portion to the recovery pipe 87.

SOLUTION: A liquid discharging device 1 is provided with a robot 4 to movable a liquid discharging zone A and a cleaning zone B. A liquid discharging head 5 to discharge the filled liquid from containers 2 is mounted on a tip of an arm 4A of the robot 4. A cleaning device 6 to clean the liquid discharging head 5 is provided in the cleaning zone B. In a regular condition, the liquid discharging bead 5 is in a waiting condition at an upper position of a conveyor 3 in the liquid discharging zone A, and when six containers 2 are conveyed to the liquid discharging zone A and positioned, the liquid discharging head 5 is lowered to discharge the liquid from six containers 2. When the liquid discharging head 5 is cleaned, the liquid discharging head 5 is moved to the cleaning zone B, the arm 4A and the liquid discharging head 5 are separated from each other, and stored in a cleaning capsule 61 provided on the cleaning device 6. Then, the cleaning solution is fed into the capsule 61 to clean the liquid discharging head 5.

SOLUTION: An intermittent carrying conveyor 2 is connected to the introduction side of a relay device 1, a continuous conveyor 5 is arranged in parallel on the delivery side of the relay device 1, and articles 3 are continuously delivered to the side of the continuous conveyor 5 through a pushing member 7 of a pushing mechanism 6. A relative moving difference with the delivery side in accordance with intermittent driving on the introduction side of a bucket conveyor 11 for junction is absorbed by movement of the bucket conveyor 11 for junction, and a driving system is constituted so that it can be returned to its original position by equalizing moving quantity to the downstream side and moving quantity to the upstream side with each other. Consequently, it is possible to continue junction motion to continuously drive by synchronizing the delivery side with the continuous conveyor 5 while intermittently driving the introduction side by synchronizing it with the intermittent carrying conveyor 2.
