    • PURPOSE:To improve the mechanical strength of a motor and to stabilize its quality, by applying thermosetting resin integrally to the mutual clearances and outside circumference of permanent magnets. CONSTITUTION:In a permanent magnet rotor 1 four permanent magnets 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d are arranged on to the outside circumference of a shaft 2 so that clearances 4 may be mutually formed. These clearances 4 and outside circumference are covered with thermosetting resin 5, which is formed diametally thin and so as to cover the axial edges. As the thermosetting resin 5 is cylindrically applied on to the outside circumference and integrally constituted between clearances 4, the mechanical strength gets improved, the outer surface of permanent magnets can be prevented from rust and smooth finish brought abut so that a motor is fit well for high-speed rotation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a motor starting torque by applying a power source voltage to a main coil, and applying a converted voltage deviated by an odd- numbered magnification of 1/4 period from a phase of the voltage applied to the coil to a sub-coil, thereby eliminating an impedance difference between circuits of the vicinity of the main coil and the vicinity of the sub-coil. SOLUTION: A voltage from an AC power source 12 is applied to a main coil 15. And, the voltage is rectified and smoothed by a diode 16 and a capacitor 19, and the converted voltage of a phase led by a 1/4 wavelength from a phase of the voltage applied to the coil 15 is applied to a sub-coil 18 via a transistor 17. When the voltage is a positive half cycle, the voltage is sequentially applied to the coils 15 and 18 in an order of arrows B1 and B2, while when the voltage is a negative half cycle, the voltage is sequentially applied in an order of arrows B3 and B4. Accordingly, a revolving field is generated by the coils 15, 18. Thus, a main coil current is always balanced with a sub-coil current, and hence a motor starting torque can be increased.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the looseness of a tent at the time of extension and winding by controlling torques in such a manner a first motor is rotated with a strong torque and a second motor with a weak torque at the time of winding the tent on a first winding roller. CONSTITUTION:In the state where a tent 1 is wound on a first winding roller 2 to open an opening part, a second motor 5 is rotated in the tent 1 winding direction, and a first motor 3 is rotated in the tent 1 winding direction. Then, the rotations of the motors 3, 5 are stopped in the state where the tent 1 is wound on a second winding roller to cover the opening part, and the tent 1 is extended. The first winding roller 2 is rotated in the winding direction, and the second winding roller 4 is also rotated in the winding direction. The first motor 3 and the second motor 5 are rotated with a strong torque and a weak torque, respectively, by a torque control means 6 to stretch the tent 1, and its loosening is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To permit the fixing of flanges for a motor through welding, capable of securing sufficient strength even when the diameter of a core is small, by arranging three pieces of triangular flanges at three places on a bracket. Bolts 5 are penetrated through the flanges 7a-7c of the bracket and weldings A are applied on the outer periphery of the core 1 so as to avoid the bolts 5.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a motor and to facilitate the manufacture of the motor by providing a plurality of poles for holding a ring magnet, and displacing the outer peripheries of the poles in a rotating direction to form a skew. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 5 has a plurality of ring magnets 6a-6f to be associated with poles 7a-7l so as to holds the magnets 6a-6f. The magnets 6a-6f are axially magnetized to be formed in a ring shape, and engaged with a shaft 5. The poles 7a-7l for holding it are bent at the outer peripheral edges axially to form a cylindrical surface 8. When the poles 7a-7l are engaged with the shaft 5, if they are individually displaced circumferentially at necessary positions, a skew is formed. Thus, since the efficiency of a motor is improved and the manufacture is facilitated, a motor having good performance is obtained inexpensively.
