    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive road sign plate which includes an arm swingingly arranged thereon and having its one end receive wind and the other end tap the sign plate by effectively using natural wind, to thereby automatically remove snow accretion whenever wind blows. SOLUTION: A wind receiving surface 51 for receiving wind and a colliding portion 52 for tapping a sign plate 1 are opposedly linked to each other by an arm 5, and a rod 4 has its one end borne by an edge of the sign plate 1 and the other end extend toward a rear surface of the sign plate 1. An almost intermediate portion of the arm 5 is slidably inserted into the other end of the rod 4, to thereby form a shaft holding portion 41. The arm 5 can vertically swing with respect to the sign plate surface. Therefore, when the wind receiving surface 51 receives wind to swing the arm 5, the colliding portion 52 taps the rear surface of the sign plate 1, so that snow accretion on the sign plate can be removed by an impulse of the tapping.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable mounting strength by crossing a connector over a spacing material installed between the rears of two pairs of guard rails and fixing a glaring preventive plate through a fixture. SOLUTION: In the glaring preventive device A, a glaring preventive plate covers height up to approximately 1.1 m in conformity with the mounting height of a head lamp for a car, and the width size of the glaring preventive plate is used within the size (30-50 cm) of the mounting interval of two pairs of parallel guard rails. A spacing material made of a steel plate finished in corrosion resistance and weather resistance is used as the spacing material 3 built to the guard rails and guard cables while a connector made of aluminum or stainless steel similarly finished in corrosion resistance and weather resistance is also employed as the connector 4. On the other hand, a hot clip zinc-coated steel sheet and an aluminum alloy or a resin molded form such as FRPs, AAS, etc., are used as the quality of material of a glaring preventive plate 2 fixed onto the fixture 1. Accordingly, since the connector is pinched and fastened to the whole of a pair of the spacing materials, the direct reception of the inclination of the spacing material by the looseness of a fixing bolt is reduced, and the glaring preventive device A can be fixed surely.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure of an optical line which is not buried in fallen snow, particularly even in a heavy snowfall area, can be adjusted to an appropriate connection height during use throughout the year, has such a shape as not to damage an optical cable when the connection height is varied and causes no trouble to communication even in a disaster or the like. SOLUTION: A vertically telescopic hollow support 1 with an opening 12a formed in an upper side face of a movable support 12 is prepared. An optical connector 2 which is freely connected to an external transportable station 3 is disposed in the hollow support 1 in such a way that it faces to the opening 12a, and the optical connector 2 is jointed to the end of an optical cable 4 of an optical communication network, drawn from the ground to attain optical communication. The optical cable 4 is loosely wound around rotating pulleys 5, 6, disposed in a fixed support 11 and the lower movable pulley 6 tightens up the optical cable 4 by its own weight and keeps the optical cable in a stretched state.
