    • PURPOSE:To easily mass-produce reinforced resin tubular bodies whose inner configuration is complicated, by forming a reinforcing resin molding material layer around a core mold having a synthetic resin foamed body on the outer surace layer followed by the curing of the reinforcing resin molding material layer. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing resin molding material made up of a glass fiber reinforcing material and a low-temperature curing unsaturated polyester resin liquid is wound around the tubular foamed body 1 of the core mold to form the reinforcing resin molding material layer 5, which is cured by heating it at a temperature at which the foamed body 1 constituting the core mold would not be deformed to produce the reinforced resin tubular body 6. A rotating shaft 3, a support 4, setting members 2, etc. are removed to obtain the reinforced resin tubular body 6 with the tubular foamed body 1 retained therein, and the tubular body 6 is heated with steam from the outside so that the tubular foamed body 1 can be shrinked. Then as a gap 7 is formed between the reinforced resin tubular body 6 and the tubular foamed body 1, eityer the foamed body that has been shrinked is removed as it is or it is removed after it is broken to get the reinforced resin tubular body 6.

    • PURPOSE:To release a mold without damaging a molded product in a short time by feeding compressed air into recessed grooves provided on the periphery of a mold and a jetting hole provided almost at the center of the mold, releasing automatically the molded product peripheral section and then releasing a central section. CONSTITUTION:Recessed grooves 21 with U-shaped section are provided on the four spots of the molded surface side (surface in contact with a molded product) of a periphery 11 of a mold 1, and a jetting hole 22 with U-shaped section jetting compressed air is provided on almost a center 12 of the mold 1. A fiber reinforced resin molding material (FRP molding material) is formed on the molding surface of the mold 1 and cured. Compressed air is fed into the recessed grooves 21 and a jetting hole 22 provided on the central section 12. First, cap components 3 fixed in the recessed grooves 21 are pushed up by the compressed air to push up a peripheral section of an FRP molded product 5 and release the same out of the mold 1. Then, the compressed air from the jetting hole 22 is forcibly fed between the central section of the FRP molded product 5 and the central section 12 of the mold 1, and released to release and separate the whole.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a sink mark in a gel coat layer, by a method wherein a gel coat reinforcing layer mixed with a fiber powder is provided to the outside of the gel coat layer in a specific thickness and the first laminate layer mixed with a fiber having a specific length is provided outside said reinforcing layer in a specific thickness and the second laminate layer is further provided outside the first laminate layer. CONSTITUTION:A gel coat layer 2 is provided to an inside surface and a gel coat reinforcing layer 3 mixed with a fiber powder is provided to the outside of said layer 2 in a thickness of 0.2mm or more while the first laminate layer 4 mixed with a fiber having a length of 2-5mm is provided outside said reinforcing layer 3 in a thickness of 0.4-1.5mm and the second laminate layer 5 is further provided outside the first laminate layer. In the gel coat reinforcing layer 3, 20-30pts.wt. of an inorg. filler and 4-7pts.wt. of a glass fiber powder are mixed with 100pts.wt. of a resin. In the gel coat layer 2, an unsaturated polyester resin is used in general. By this method, even when a laminate layer having a thickness of 2mm or more is simultaneously laminated along with the gel coat layer 2 by one work, the generation of a sink mark in the gel coat layer or the appearance of a glass fiber pattern on said layer 2 is eliminated and a smooth surface is obtained.
