    • PURPOSE:To obtain a hydrophilic plaster having reinforced and protected water- containing gel layer and capable of keeping the water-content in the hydrated gel within the optimum range by preparing a hydrated gel layer having tacky surface and containing a drug in the layer and backlining the gel layer with a moisture-permeable plastic film. CONSTITUTION:The objective plaster is composed of (A) a plastic film resistant to direct permeation of water and aqueous solution and permeable to moisture, preferably a film having a moisture-permeability of 100-100,000g/m , especially 2,000-20,000g/m at 35 deg.C and a humidity difference of 80%RH and (B) a hydrophilic layer laminated to the whole surface of the film, having a hydrated gel layer and tacky surface and containing a drug in the layer. Since the water- content of the hydrated gel is maintained within the optimum range, the excellent characteristic properties of a hydrated gel such as waterabsorption, elasticity, softness and drug-delivery performance can be stably maintained even during use and the whole surface of the hydrophilic layer sticks to the skin to enable full exhibition of the drug action.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain pasting agent having excellent pasting property to skin and good balance of adhesive property and cohesive property comprising an adhesive mass layer of (meth)acrylate polymer containing abundant dissolved drug and exhibiting high releasability and a backing supporter layer. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing fibrous filler (e.g. borane-treated glass fiber) and a drug are contained in (meth)acrylate polymer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) below -71 deg.C as an adhesive mass. Then, an age resistor and stabilizer, etc., are added to said composition, as necessary, to obtain an adhesive mass layer. Thus, a backing supporter layer composed of supporter such as nonwoven cloth and said adhesive mass layer are used as principal components and releasability-protecting paper or sheet is adhered on the surface of said adhesive mass layer to afford the aimed article. Besides, value of holding force (H) and value of adhesive force (F) of said adhesive mass layer satisfy the relation of H/F>0.3(sec/g) and F>200(g).
