A guide plate 147 is fixed to a supporting plate integrally formed with the machine body, and a slot is formed in a vertical face part 147a which is the center side part of the guide plate 147. Further, a collar part (t) is formed on the horizontal part 141a of the cutting device 14. The collar part is fitted in facing side parts 147b, 147b of the guiding plate 147, and the horizontal part 141a is passed through the slot.

In this case, covering plates 290 and 291 installed so as to cover a top position in a zone surrounded by the nipping and transporting belt 35 of each of the belt transporting parts 4a and 4b are individually removed by the attachment and detachment of a fixing tool (c) for the plate without removing another member.
