摘要： PURPOSE:A resin composition having improved moisture-resistant insulating properties, comprising the solution A consisting of a specific amount of a liquid polybutadiene polyol, a specified amount of an ester exchange reaction product of castor oil, a specific amount of a plasticizer containing no hydroxyl group, and a specified amount of zeolite, and the solution B consisting of polyisocyanate. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. liquid polybutadiene polyol is blended with 80-150 pts.wt. ester exchange reaction product of castor oil (ester exchanger reaction product of castor oil and naturally occurring fats and oils substantially containing no hydroxyl group), heated, dehydrated under reduced pressure, and cooled. Then, the blend is blended with 60-80pts.wt. plasticizer (e.g., aromatic processed oil, etc.) containing no hydroxyl group, similarly dehydrated under reduced pressure and blended with a synthetic zeolite, to give the solution A, which is mixed with (B) the solution B consisting of polyisocyanate (e.g., tolylene diisocyanate, etc.) and deaerated, to give the aimed resin composition. EFFECT:Having improved compatibility with a curing agent and other components, casting properties, curing properties, electrical characteristics, and moisture-resistant characteristics.
