摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a pressure-proof force and a contact area with the surrounding atmosphere by a method wherein an aluminum plate material having a plurality of ribs projected therefrom is bent into a flat pipe in which these ribs are positioned inside, extremity end surfaces of both ends of the aluminum plate material are abutted to each other, an extremity end surface of each of the ribs is abutted against one surface of the opposing aluminum plate material and these abutting parts are connected to each other. SOLUTION: Ribs 22L1 , 22L2 are arranged in sequence at one surface of an aluminum plate member 21 in a predetermined interval in parallel to each other from a center line toward a left outside. Ribs 22R1 , 22R2 are arranged in sequence from a center line toward a right outside. Each of these ribs 22L1 , 22L2 , and 22R1 , 22R2 , is positioned inside by an electric welded tube manufacturing machine, and both end surfaces 24 of the aluminum plate member 21 are bent into a flat pipe so as to cause them to be abutted to each other. An extremity end surface 23 of each of the ribs 22R1 , 22R2 , 22L1 , 22L2 , is abutted against one surface of the opposing aluminum plate member 21 and then these abutting portions are connected. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to increase a pressure-proof force and a contact area with the surrounding atmosphere.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the man-hour as much as possible, and to improve the heat transfer efficiency by forming an integrated tubular body and an inner fin by roll-forming an aluminum plate on the surface of which a brazing filler metal is cladded. SOLUTION: A corrugated inner fin 2 is formed in a tubular body 3 by roll- forming an aluminum plate 1 on the surface of which a brazing filler metal is cladded so that the inner fin 2 is brought into contact with an inner wall 4 of the tubular body 3. The inner fin is fixed to a jig, and heated in a heating furnace, and a welded tube for a heat exchanger is formed by brazing a part to be joined. The tube can be formed into a variety kinds of sectional shape. The aluminum plate 1 is formed into the corrugated inner fin and the tubular body, and the inner fin is abutted on the inner wall of the tubular body, and formed, and heated in the furnace to braze the part to be joined. Roll-forming is performed by passing the aluminum plate between upper and lower rolls, and forming a bent piece on each side of the aluminum plate.
